Almost everyone loves chocolate cake. Victoria shares a gluten-free recipe with just the right amount of 'squidge' and richness, yet still remains light www.greatbritishchefs.com/recipes/gluten-free-chocolate-cake-recipe

High in calcium & protein yet gluten-free, quinoa has been labelled as a 'superfood' by many. Luckily, strains of quinoa have been cultivated to adapt to the European climate, so more locally-produced quinoa is available >> www.greatbritishchefs.com/ingredients/quinoa-recipes

Great options for afternoon tea, three-course lunch and dinner. The kitchen produces dishes which use conscientiously-sourced ingredients, are artistically presented, and served with expertise and refinement (visitors should expect a degree of formality from their visit here – although in these surroundings that’s not an unusual prospect). Adam & his team make great use of Scottish ingredients – blending them with far-reaching elements and utilising classic techniques from the annals of fine European cookery.
