Great British Chefs celebrates and champions the best chefs across Britain - these are chefs who cook in their restaurants on a daily basis and whose food is distinctive and cooked with love.  We have spent the last 12 months collecting together hundreds of great recipes, tips and how to videos from 60 of Great Britain's most awarded chefs.   

Our chefs included some of the most well-known like Tom Aikens, Marcus Wareing, Nathan Outlaw, Martin Wishart, Paul Ainsworth and Lisa Allen and also some really incredible chefs who you may not of heard of but are doing incredible things from the Isle of Skye to the Isle of Wight.  If you are interested in learning the tricks of the trade from some of the great experts you should visit our site at www.greatbritishchefs.com

Great options for afternoon tea, three-course lunch and dinner. The kitchen produces dishes which use conscientiously-sourced ingredients, are artistically presented, and served with expertise and refinement (visitors should expect a degree of formality from their visit here – although in these surroundings that’s not an unusual prospect). Adam & his team make great use of Scottish ingredients – blending them with far-reaching elements and utilising classic techniques from the annals of fine European cookery.
