The love child of a Devil's Food Cake and a brownie waved over with an angel's wand. Can you believe this cake is made with beans and is not only sugar free but gluten free too?

Sticky pork ribs are irresistible at the best of times, but Tong Chee Hwee takes this Chinese favourite to new levels by first smoking the ribs in jasmine tea before coating them in a syrupy glaze.

Great options for afternoon tea, three-course lunch and dinner. The kitchen produces dishes which use conscientiously-sourced ingredients, are artistically presented, and served with expertise and refinement (visitors should expect a degree of formality from their visit here – although in these surroundings that’s not an unusual prospect). Adam & his team make great use of Scottish ingredients – blending them with far-reaching elements and utilising classic techniques from the annals of fine European cookery.
