Looking for unique kid-friendly wall art? We've got you covered: http://ow.ly/ynaXw
Are you the kind of person who likes all of your decor to be cohesive, even if it is for your child? Do you enjoy purchasing art that could be in your bedroom as well as theirs? I have always been of the opinion that art for children doesn't necessarily need to be cutesy or pastel. If you agree, check out these ten examples of great art pieces that would work in any room of your home!

A fun approach if you're one to get nervous about having people over: http://ow.ly/yna6p
Our earlier discussion about why you should never apologize to your guests for the state of your home sparked some debate about just how much prep is really necessary before welcoming strangers chez toi. Reader Saseem Frassem chimed in with a genius suggestion that we hadn't thought of. It's one delicious little thing that might make all the difference in the success of your next get-together.

Get creative with flowers! http://ow.ly/y62AR
It's that time of year. The world is in bloom, and flowers are everywhere: in window boxes, in your garden, growing wild by the side of the road. You could grab some of those beauties and pop them in a vase to enjoy them in your home — or you could take it a step further with one of these simple summer crafts using flowers. These would be fun weekend crafts to make with your kids, or with a few friends if you haven't got any kids. You're never to...

I don't know why this is being posted under Scott Davis, my son, but this is a review from me the homeowner Ilona Host. I bought my home in April of 2013 and love it, the floor plan is awesome, love the Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Hardwood entry and Tile in the eat in area and kitchen I like the Chair railing in the Dining Room and most of all I love my Staircase and HUGE Master Bedroom, there is nothing I don't like about this house other than I do not have a Bedroom downstairs and I will have to move one day when I can no longer use the stairs BUT I will most certainly look for another home built by Dave Erickson/Grayhawk. If there is any kind of problem they will come and take care of it and I don't know of too many Builders that do that, It is truly an Energy Efficient Home, my highest power bill was $230 in the hottest time of the year and this month my power bill is $95, and of course it is an ALL Electric home.

Find another builder. They cut corners in the worst way possible and the homeowner pays the price.

I purchased my home in March 2010 that was built within the same year of which I've experienced issues with caulking of which I addressed with Gray Hawk and was told that their not responsible. During 2010, I had to pay another source $40 to take care of that issue then the retaining wall with poor drainage on one side of the house was failing, at first I was told again that Gray Hawk was not responsible. Later in 2011, I experienced leaks from my kitchen and bathroom sinks. Of which Gray Hawk claimed no responsibility, of which another source cited 'stripped' plumbing that I had to pay him to repair. Afterwards, a light fixture and a smoke detector malfunctioned of which Gray Hawk also claimed no responsibility, I had to pay a separate electric company to replace these items. Recently, I've experienced trouble with all of my phone jacks being inoperable of Gray Hawk claimed no responsibility. After paying another out of pocket expense for repair, it was concluded that a malfunctioned wire caused the phone jack issue. Now, the retaining wall on the other side is deplorable of which the ground is depressed and subject to fall. Yet again, Gray Hawk claims no responsibility. I know of two companies that no longer associate with Gray Hawk and conversed with neighbors expressing concerns with Gray Hawk's quality of work. As a home owner, I expect to pay for repairs as the property ages, but not this amount within zero to 3 years.
