I AM SORRY BUT THIS COMPANY REALLY DOES not know how to the basic of things- I have been trying to sign up for 5 months now and I am still not active- I have sent about 30 emails in the space of 5 months in order to get my system up and running and it is still in a pending state. This company is new they do not know what they are doing and I am incredibly disgruntled.

I used Grasshopper for 2 years and it was a good system. I left that company and contemplated setting up a new company, signed up for Grasshopper and decided to not move forward with new company and called to cancel service. A year later was going through my Amex charges I noticed I was being billed by Grasshopper (I should look more closely) , not once, but Twice for the same account!!!! I called, they were pleasant but insisted all they can do was credit me back 200 of 550 billed...I could not believe it, filed a dispute with Amex. They should have canceled it, they should have noticed they were billing the same company twice, unwilling to resolve....Will never use Grasshopper again and will make sure that friends and colleagues stay away...Guess this is what happens when a company is sold...@#$%

We rolled our Google Voice number over to Grasshopper because of the flexibility of adding additional lines, customizing each menu, and follow me anywhere capability…including the rolling feature where if I don’t answer the phone, it can roll to the next person. We have not had any problems outside of the initial setup. We found the movement FROM Google to be the problem, not Grasshopper. There is a bit of a process to moving from Google that is kind of complicated. The staff/support folks are phenomenal in how they deal with you. They’ve been well trained and work to fix the problem. Even if they cannot or if they have troubles, they do seem to follow up with you as necessary. We’re very satisfied with the service and it’s integration on our phones.

We recently moved to Grasshopper in the middle of July to help share the responsibility of answering and responding to phone calls and texts from our clients. This has been a night and day difference in our operations, and we absolutely love the ability to share who is receiving the phone calls and texts! While any new technology is going to have a few bumps in the road, the team at Grasshopper has been there for us since day 1 to assist with any issue we have had. The 24/7 customer care really helps us to trust the team at Grasshopper, because we know they are always there for us. We would like to give a big thank you to Lou, for always checking in and keeping us in the loop regarding our account. One thing is clear the team at Grasshopper truly values and cares about their clients!

This has to be by far the worst phone company I've every used. Prior to transferring from another company I was assured that my desk phone would ring through with my transferred number. The representative never said this would be a "virtual number" which needs another line to ring through to. They need to train their employees better. I am a small business owner trying to save money not increase it by adding multiple lines I have to pay extra for. Additionally, I would like to say that every time a call would ring through to my cell number it would disconnect the caller so I never received but 1 phone call the entire time I was with them. If you are looking to save money, beware and steer very clear of this company!

Hi Suzanne, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with Grasshopper. I totally understand your frustration with not being told the correct things. Customer education is a top priority for us, so I'll make sure to connect with our support team to ensure they're getting the proper information. I'll also connect with our network operations team to have them look into the connectivity issue, to make sure this isn't a more widespread issue. If you have any other feedback for us, please feel free to reach out to me at social@grasshopper.com. - Mary

No services for a really expensive price. my number was really really hard to port. It took like 6 months to port over to my new carrier and they had to do a forced push. Something not really available except in extreme scenarios. if you're having trouble porting your number, ask for a forced push. it actually worked. You can leave Grasshopper. It just takes some effort.

Hi Lenard, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with Grasshopper and porting your number out. Porting isn't an exact science, and sometimes the process can get a little complicated, which can result in delays. This feedback is appreciated - it helps as we work to improve different processes. - Mary
