Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a thorough review! We love to see our customer’s businesses expanding. We totally understand the need for more minutes. Have you looked into our Enterprise plan? If not, we could have someone reach out to you with the details. There are no plans at this time to adjust our plan offering.
As for the call log in the app, are you monitoring all the extensions that are on the account? If so, you can set which extensions you’d like to see the calls for. Otherwise, unfortunately we don’t have a solution for that right now.
