Accompanied my wife here to lease a new Hyundai Santé Fe. Spoke with Baba whom is one of the sales associates. She was VERY professional, funny, knowledgeable, & courteous. She had answered every question and then some. From test ride to final lease paperwork was a breeze. I ALSO had the chance to chat with Riley (sales manager?). He was a great guy to talk to as well. We actually took my truck for an evaluation as a possible trade in for myself. Needless to say that went well and the following day I ended up buying a vehicle. Great place...highly recommended !

I traded in my used Hyundai tuscon and happened to leave a good deal of cash in my trade in. When I called the people there were great and nearly 4 days after the trade in recovered my money and got it back to me!

I drive approx. 600 miles per week to and from work. I walked into Grappone Hyudai talked to Steve Kurtz. He listened to my needs and found a car that met MY needs at a price I wanted. No one tried to over sell me or pass me to a deal that did not fit my needs. I was working with another dealer in Laconia when I stopped by. I was quoted one price then another. I was promised return calls that went unmade. I asked for info that was not given. All this in search of a good deal. Dealing with Steve and his team was fantastic at the start. Their response to my needs was prompt and they called back when they said. I looked at the car on Tues at 7 and drove it off the lot Weds at noon. Knowing my time is short they had everything ready to go within an hour of my commitment. All this and at a rate of interest almost half of what was quoted by others. Once again thank you Steve and his team. If you are needing a car without the BS see Steve Kurtz and enjoy Grappone,s no hassle posted pricing and great service.

Visited Grappone Hyundai today and had a great car purchase experience. Our salesperson, Lindsay was great. No pressure and up front cost was the best. Gwen and Dianna both did a great job at getting the best rates and have my paperwork completed in a timely manner. To top it all off, a visit from the owner, Amanda made us feel wanted and comfortable without any pressure to buy. It was a great car buying experience and would recommend you stop by for a visit.

Overall fantastic experience. My wife and I were shopping around for a new car for her, and I randomly came across Grappone because of their advertised window pricing. We just moved to Nashua from NYC, so Grappone certainly wasn't the most convenient location for us, but it was well worth the trip up. Rachel Brown, our "product specialist", was cheerful and no-pressure from the minute we walked in the door. She had all the cars in the showroom moved on the spot to allow us to test drive a new Genesis that was completely blocked in, and then pulled a car from one of their sibling dealerships for us to test drive as well. We didn't buy on the spot, but after a month of searching for possible options and best deals, we came back and bought a Genesis. I even consulted with a family member who worked for another dealer in MA, but they couldn't get us a better deal than Grappone. They truly do mean that the window sticker is their best deal, and it also happens to be the best deal in the region. This makes for a very low-pressure environment. Rachel was in communication via email to answer any questions about the pricing, extended service contract, etc. I will be sending all of my friends and family up to Grappone going forward, as this was a unique, and pleasant car-buying experience (the opposite of most).

Even though Grappone wasn't as close as other Hyundai dealerships, I decided to give them a try since they had the exact model of car I was looking for. I was also called prior to my visit by someone who described their selling/buying process. I was intrigued by their "no haggle" sales process. I had just visited another dealer the previous day and had the typical bad high pressure experience. Small discount on the new car and not enough money for my trade in. I was greeted by Dan "Captain" Morgan when I walked in the door and the process was as described on the phone. The prearranged discount on the car was fair and there was no need for the back/forth pain between sales rep and business manager to negotiate the price. The other Dan, business manager, took a short ride with me and evaluated my trade in. I liked that I was able to join him during the ride and point out some details he may not have discovered otherwise. The trade in value was also much better than what I was given at another dealership. Even the paperwork process was easy and painless when signing documents for purchasing, financing, etc. Overall the experience was great, no pressure, and for the first time I can say I actually enjoyed the car buying experience. I have been recommending Grappone to everyone I talk to and will be happy to go back to buy future vehicles.
