5 fantastic thoughts there, Stefan.

I always try and arrive early and stay late to get in the extra time with people.

I do, however, rarely "practice" my 40s. I know this is tantamount to heresy for some, but many years as a teacher mean I'm happy being spontaneous so long as I know roughly what I want to get across. It also means that I'm not feeling "off-script" if I want to add anything new and relevant that can help people - I have been known to tell people about recent IT security breaches they should know about during my 40s. Oh, and jokes - if there's time, I'll try and get a one-liner or pun in somewhere.

Did I Plagiarize? The Types and Severity of Plagiarism Violations
[To enlarge image: http://i.imgur.com/FQSh6QS.jpg]

Are you wondering if you’ve plagiarized? Here’s a quick guide to help show you what constitutes the many areas of plagiarism and how serious each violation is.

A key takeaway is

"If you are confident that what you have written and/or designed is entirely original- in concept, style, structure, diction, and everything else - then you have not plagiarized. Or if you have used another's ideas to elaborate on or validate your own, but you cite the original author or artist (and you provide their name and all pertinent information so that your reader could locate the original source on their own), then you are also free of plagiarism violations. Plagiarism-free means you have recognized any and all individuals or organizations that influenced your thoughts, writings, and design and that you have made every effort to cite them according to conventional citation practices."
