Honestly, as far as specific vulnerabilities, I'm not sure. I only know that Firefox has always worked more reliably on my computer than Chrome. Granted, I wasn't aware of all of Chrome's plugins (Firefox has a plugin marketplace type thing, too, I believe). That helps with adblockers, etc. Also, there seem to be more websites that don't show on Chrome than Firefox - or at least, that's how it was when I stopped using Chrome a year or more ago.

The Cutting Edge of Your Field We will hit the breakaway moment in human civilization at the exact moment someone is blogging on why it can't be done.

I have found this to be especially true today. Are YOU on the cutting edge of your field? How can you get on the cutting edge of your field this week?

Strategy for Making the Most of Your Day?  _What is YOUR strategy for making the most of your day?_

A good friend asked me the other day if I had a strategy for making the most of my day. Of course I do! Being Chief Spark Instigator, I have to make sure that I can do what I want others to do.

Here is what I gave him.

1. Know Your Goals

This helps you prioritize and, according to your values, set the right goals. As +Brent Pohlman points out in his recent article, we have to know what motivates us. (H/t to +Matthew Sarabadu for sharing.) With right motivations, we can set right goals.

2. Create Routine

This cuts down on distractions that could prevent you from making the most of your day. It also helps you get into the zone where you are performing your best.

3. Plan & Visualize

Actually write out your goals for the day in time slots. Give yourself cushion between tasks of 15 minutes so that you don’t feel rushed. Then, picture yourself moving from task to task, from desired outcome to desired outcome in a calm, confident manner.

4. Accountability

Ensure that at each stage of the day you have some form of accountability. Find someone who is attached to each of your desired outcomes and partner with them. A friend to work out with. A co-worker to check on you if you are late to work. A loved one who you eat healthy with for lunch. Partnering is key.

What is Your Strategy for Getting the Most of Your Day?

Share with me what it is you do to make sure that you are making each day powerful. If you don’t have one, experiment with this one today and let us know how it goes. Also, if you know of anyone who struggles with living a fulfilled day, share this with them and encourage them to take their days to the next level!

Great tips +Grant Nieddu! Having a routine is key for me.
If I don't have a plan of action for each day, I am all over the place with no real aim!
I am testing out the idea of Themed days as I tend to get more done when I can focus on one project over a longer period of time.

+JD Arbuckle, another reminder that your funding venture right now could also hit the crowdfunding world in a big way. Thanks +Logan Hall for the article.

If like me you are a #sharingeconomy  advocate you must check out my good friend +Benita Matofska 's great new company +Compare and Share. A comparison website for #collaborativeeconomy  businesses. They are now looking to raise investment and you can get a slice of the action. Just follow this link

Don't miss out, this kind of thing only happens once every now and then. :)

Compare and Share is now crowdfunding on Crowdcube. This is your opportunity to invest in the world's first comparison marketplace of the Sharing Economy and be part of our journey. In December 2013, for our first raise on Crowdcube, we made crowdfunding history by being the first company to ...

+Marissa Nieddu, this short video powerpoint from +ATD shares a little about how to get the most out of new managers, as we were discussing a little last night about the store. +Christopher McArthur, you may be interested in the material linked. Be forewarned though, it is only an excerpt as they try to upsell you on a paid product. Still good reminders.

Ricardo Semler: How to run a company with (almost) no rules #TED : http://on.ted.com/a0kg5
The question beyond everything is "why do we exist?" If you can find the answer to that one, a new world will open up for you.
What if your job didn’t control your life? Brazilian CEO Ricardo Semler practices a radical form of corporate democracy, rethinking everything from board meetings to how workers report their vacation days (they don’t have to). It’s a vision that rewards the wisdom of workers, promotes work-life balance — and leads to some deep insight on what work, and life, is really all about. Bonus question: What if schools were like this too?
