As we grow older the importance of just moving around more and light repetitive exercise is more important than ever. Why? As we all approach our senior years we may not be as active in our day to day routines due to retirement and life changing experiences.
Our older lives, should be enjoyed the way we want to and not be let down by our bodies breaking down on us. Just a few minutes a day on an activity of our choosing can make all the difference to our overall health.
Forget about the experts and charts that say we should be a certain weight and all the rest, as we age we need to do what is right for our individual bodies. All of us are different and believe me you are more inclined to stick to doing an activity if it is one you choose and fit into your lifestyle.
