The location is great because it is right off the boardwalk. The Java cafe downstairs is very convenient for late night needs and quick food or drinks. The game room offers a lot of entertainment as well. The rooms are clean and nice. The whole hotel was recently remodeled so everything is nice and new looking.

Worst experience ever & would not stay at this hotel again & would not recommend it to know one. Wasn't allowed to check into hotel early. Than got into hotel & it was 80 degrees in there. Bathroom was small door couldn't even open the whole way without hitting the toilet. Above bath tub was black mold. Jacuzzi in room at dirt coming out of jets when turned on. T.V. didn't go pass channel 37. & you cant cook nothing in your room if you do & you set off any smoke alarm it will be a $250 fine. Would not recommend it for that price at all its not worth it at all!

Great location and close to the beach. Room service and amenities are great. Good gym and pool. Only complaint is the pool and gym hours

Horrible experience! Every single employee including the manager knows one thing: WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! - No Wi-Fi coverage, I spoke with the manager, he said this is just complimentary service so not having the service is just fine! - No early check-in even the weather was stormy and there were few customers in the hotel! - Nasty carpet and refrigerator Never ever back to Ocean City despite the clean beach, it's just the hotels that are so bad!

The room looked great in the pictures, but when you get in the room it is pretty good at best. We stayed at the room with the jacuzzi, i expected it to be bigger than it was, it was a decent size but the pictures made it seem like a romantic (flower peddles on the bed) giant sweet. The bathroom is tiny, you have to close the door to get to the shower, the ac unit cuts on and off repeatedly unless you put it on 50 dagrees. There were what seemed like burn marks on the ground, stains on a chair and 2 of the 3 lamps were busted. One had the socket and bulb out and tilted (unsafe) and the other you have to unplug because the switch is missing. I walked down to the front desk and was told someone would bring another lamp..... 20 min later i called and spoke with some guy who said i don't think we have any extra lamps but I'll get back to you, it's the next day now..... still waiting but im not gonna hold my breath. And the smell, it is faint but its a musty smell. When you walk in the room you are greated with the smell of mildew. I received a discount for after labor day when the prices are cut so we stayed. It is good enough for a few nights but not worth $300 or more a night, not even $200 really except for the location. But even still you are on the oposite end of all the stores but a plus you are right next to Phillips buffet. That was just my perspective, everyone has a thier own.

Stopped at the coffee shop in the hotel. I was very impressed, we've been coming here for years and they have changed so much! Open 24 hours, they serve a variety of coffees and teas, but they now have donuts and muffins and panini and salads. Excellent upgrade!

The staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was clean and met expectations. Wonderful ocean view. Convenient access to shops below and the boardwalk. I, including my wife and 2 small children, would stay here again.

Room is spacious. Side view balcony affords views of both the Atlantic and Isle of Wight Bay. The staff is great - cordial without being stuffy. I'm happy I booked a room here.
