At our operation, we value all the guest feedback we receive, both good and bad, as it assist us in identifying hotel areas, which may require our attention for improvement going forward. With this being said, we are terribly sorry to hear about the less than favorable experience you had while our guest due to the daily resort fee charged at the hotel. Detailed information about this hotel policy is available on our website, as well as within the reservation confirmation emails we sent out to guests, who have booked directly with us. We furthermore include the information regarding the daily resort fee on the registration card, which every guest is required to sign at the time of check-in. On another note the resort fees are a standard among properties in the area and you may rest assured that our resort fees are compatibly priced with the standards for the area, in which we are located. With this being said, we would like to offer our apologies for the poor experience and service issues you had during your stay. Please know that the onsite team has reviewed your comments and efforts are in place to improve in areas that we immediately impact.
