I don't usually fry my Gardein goodies unless I'm frying the Gardein Chick'n strips, but even then that's rare. I was making a vegan version of things I used to enjoy as a kid. As a kid I ate the meat versions the most.
And the okra was only a couple bucks at the local Food Lion, in a big bag- frozen aisle! Walmart carries them too. If you bake it, it's actually a lot healthier. Enjoy that all you like!
And OMG, when I input it into Noom each bento tier was over 700 calories. Whoo boy, more than usual(300-500 range). But boy, was it worth it, it was so yummy! :D And I'm happy to report, no chest pains(although I'd probably have to eat a plateful before that would happen, I did NOT understand moderation as a teenager, LOL)
