Google+ posts in Google hashtag search

Originally the posts show up in google.com or google.ca searches, though I've seen this work with Finnish hashes too.

Here is a workaround for all:

When you post this link, you can just change the last word which is actually the hashtag and see the results for lots of hashes:
Here the hashtag is  #plushelp
The %23 is the # sign.

https://www.google.com/?hl=en#gl=us&hl=en&q=%23plushelp

There are also Twitter and Facebook links under the Google+ posts, try them to see what you'll get!

This is a gamebreaker in a way...  Rolling out for all Google international sites.

Businesses ahoy!

Nice workaround for those of us that Big G still hasnt given that search too yet +Gplus Helper even if I had to engage my brain to figure out what %23 meant. Blame the coffee because it had yet to kick in! URL encoding for the # of course.
I've tried it out and it has just added to my reservations on the whole idea. More on that to come when I try it a little more.

Actually posts, very few of my hashtagged posts show up in G+ search, unless I remove the hashtag.
