So rumor has it the CIA is funding research into weather manipulation so they can stop global warming and climate change. Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), I aimed to find out what they were doing.

Their response is kind of scary, but I am sure they are following all safety precautions they should to ensure our safety so it's okay they are covering it all up.

I mean, what could go wrong if they really are playing God?

by John Greenewald, Jr. – The Black Vault In July of 2013, Dana Liebelson and Chris Mooney of MotherJones.com reported the following: The Central Intelligence Agency is funding a scientific study that will investigate whether humans could use geoengineering to alter Earth’s environment and stop climate change. The National Academy of Sciences (NAS) will run the 21-month …

The Patriot Act introduced something known as a “sneak and peek” warrant. Law enforcement agencies were adamant Section 213 which defined these warrants, was needed to protect against "terrorism."

But the latest government report detailing the numbers of “sneak and peek” warrants reveals that out of a total of over 11,000 sneak and peek requests, only 51 were used for terrorism.

BY MARK JAYCOX, EFF The Patriot Act continues to wreak its havoc on civil liberties. Section 213 was included in the Patriot Act over the protests of privacy advocates and granted law enforcement the power to conduct a search while delaying notice to the suspect of the search. Known as a “sneak and peek” warrant, …

The Secret Service Declassified Another 500+ Pages Which Detail The Sting Operation that Caught Aaron Swartz at MIT...

Because I didn't want to link directly to the PDF - the newly declassified information was released September 30th, and resides in Secret Service File #19 on this page.

This is NEW, and is not to be confused with the major headline of the FBI declassifying material about 2 weeks ago, which is also archived on this page.

One key note that I saw on first glance, was Page 447 - where a detective jokes (I think it was a joke) about putting Aaron Swartz' apprehension video, to theme music in his video editing software.

A new study shows that the IRS spends about $45 to collect every $100 worth of taxes.  That's spending nearly half of what they take in.

I would what would happen, if the citizens of the United States of America joined together and asked the U.S. Government to change and alter the 4 MILLION words of the Tax Code?

Check out the full analysis of the new findings:

What would YOU ask the government to change about your taxes?
By Rachel Stoltzfoos, DCNF If Americans understood how much it costs the IRS to collect taxes, and how much it costs for taxpayers to file them, they might demand change, an economics lawyer said Friday. “We’re talking about a massive amount of money,” Dan Mastromarco said at a Heritage Foundation event on tax compliance. “If …

Here is a scan from the book, "Steven Spielberg: A Biography" By Joseph McBride.

You can see in Spielberg's own words, while making Close Encounters of the Third Kind, that he knew there was something going on with the UFO topic - and his treatment by the government proved it.

Spielberg's work proves he has a deep fascination with this topic (Close Encounters, ET, Taken, etc.) -- but could it all just stem from the government's lack of help on this movie?
