Smoked Paprika fish fillet with buttery zucchini! How good does that sound! This is such a simple recipe and really tasty! Get the full recipe on our website here: http://gourmetfoodatwork.com/smoked-paprika-fish-fillet-with-buttery-zucchini/

1. You can either fry your fillet of basa on the sandwich press or bring in some leftovers from last nights dinner! Simply sprinkle some smoked paprika over the basa before cooking.
2. Once fish is cooked through (4 minutes roughly on each side) then place a large blob of butter / margarine on your sandwich press to melt.
3. Slice your zucchini into long thin pieces and place onto the melting butter. Leave to cook through (turning once) until golden and soft.
4. Plate up your zucchini and top it off with your cooked basa fillet
5. Sprinkle with some ground black pepper and drizzle with Byron Bay Chilli Company's Spicy Sweet Chilli Sauce with Lemongrass!

1. Chop up some fresh coriander and watercress!
2. Grab a tub of cottage cheese and some +Nando's mild peri peri sauce and mix them together (use a good splash of sauce, not the whole bottle) with your coriander and watercress
3. Place your smoked salmon around your cottage cheese mixture
4. Easy and delicious!

1. Using a little olive oil, fry your Lentil burger on your sandwich press. These burgers are seriously tasty!
2. While your burger is cooking, mix some greek yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper together to make a tangy dressing
3. Grab a generous handful of coleslaw mix and toss the dressing through it (add some sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds if you want for extra texture)
4. Put your coleslaw on a plate, throw your veggie burger on top and put a big dollop of greek yoghurt on top of your burger!
5. Easy and delicious!

Spicy Chicken, Baby Spinach and Marinated Labneh on Garlic Aioli Sourdough! Ultra simple and ultra delicious! Get the full recipe on our website: http://gourmetfoodatwork.com/spicy-chicken-baby-spinach-and-marinated-labneh-on-garlic-aioli-sourdough/

1. You can either fry your thinly sliced marinated chicken on the sandwich press or for this recipe we used leftover BBQ chicken from last nights dinner. The marinate is Byron Bay Chilli Company​ Coconut & Chilli Sauce (Seriously Amazing)
2. Get 2 slices of thick cut sourdough and spread you garlic aioli on it
3. Place some baby spinach onto your sourdough along with your cooked chicken
4. Wack a few gooey balls of Labneh on top of the chicken, place your sourdough on the sandwich press and lower lid so it's just above the Labneh
5. Once your Labneh has melted enough then plate up and dig in!
