Question for the Group - Users of AMS 360

I realize that this isn't really marketing related, but does anyone have a plug in or solution to creating a commercial summary of insurance or proposal in AMS that doesn't look so awful or take so much time to edit?  We just got done with a renewal summary on a multi-state risk and it was like pulling teeth to get this to look professional.  Any feedback would be appreciated!  Thanks! Gordon

OMG, this is hysterical!
Don't read this if you're somewhere that it'd be inappropriate to laugh out loud. Like at a funeral.

Question for the group:

How do you folks keep track of your open and active deals?  I only work on commercial accounts and have a good flow of business every week, so with a ton of pending deals I'm looking for an efficient way of handling them.  AMS 360 is our Agency Management System, but prospects don't go in there until bound.  I also use Sales Force for CRM of prospects - but leads that come in through referrals or internet don't hit that system either!

Any suggestions on how you track progress of open deal flow would be appreciated.

Thanks!
