Android apps on EVERYTHING
That the (Android) App Runtime for Chrome now supports Google Play Services is a HUGE deal. Soon the sales pitch will be "write an Android app and it will run on Windows, Mac, and Linux, too!"—it will be a universal runtime.

I screwed around with ARC a bit and found out it's based on Android 4.4 (and Dalvik) I also tried some stupid stuff like running Nova Launcher on it. =P

I imagine at some point the Chrome Web Store dies, is replaced by the Play Store, and Android apps just run on everything, automatically. For now though, baby steps.

And wow, I've been writing about this "Native Client as a universal runtime" stuff for 3 years now. http://andp.lc/1bPXmqR It's going to happen at some point! Play Services is a big step forward.
"App Runtime for Chrome" takes a big step toward making Android a universal binary.

BECAUSE YOU taking a selfie--in the woods, with a giant tablet--is why we got into this business.

Tesla to announce a new thing on April 30th - Not a car.

Tesla will show off a brand new product line on Thursday, April 30, at its Hawthorne Design Studio according to +Elon Musk. We know it won't be a car. We also know that last month Musk said that Tesla was nearing the launch of a stationary battery pack that was designed to power an entire home. This new product could be that.

Free Super Mario 64 HD Remake (Desktop + Browser)

A recreation of Super Mario 64’s first level, Bob-Omb Battlefield in high-definition. Everything is just as you remember, except some really minor stuff that nobody cared about like red coins or the Wing Cap or the Big Bob-omb. Replacing them are crowd pleasers like giant springs and coin blocks.

Gamepad support is available, so if you have one make sure to open the controls menu to set it up (keyboard controls are default). It was tested with the Xbox One, Xbox 360, and DualShock 3 and 4.

Available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Requirements:
- Unity Web Player (Free)
