Is there a way to be involved in using Google Apps without owning a domain?

I love using Google Docs, but find it difficult to move content among cells and column in a Table in a document. I get the cell borders along with the text, and it just looks off. Is this a bug or is there a better way? 

Can we get an event invite?
Question 1: do you have this posted in Events? I went looking earlier today for a HOA like this and couldn't find one. I'm glad I stopped by your page!
Can you talk about inserting images into both emails and documents? It doesn't seem consistent when I can and can't. I tried to email a screen shot last week and it looked fine in compose, but after I sent all that I could see was a massive text string. Thanks.

Q for the HOA... can you explain where the GDocs we make inside Hangouts go by default and how to easily move them to the proper folders in GDrive... may be simple, but many find it confusing ㋡
how to give admin rights to some other user in the groups or our google apps standard edition?
