In the same way, we know that if you manage to stimulated your customers the chance is bigger that they convert or later return and convert. One way of bringing forward your message could therefore be with an image. In this link you find all information of supported sizes and formats. If you don’t have any image ads, no worries! The Micro-Moments where your customers are looking for you in those fleeting moments of sudden urgency or pure curiosity might lead to a visit on your website. Now that you have their attention, it’s very vital to keep the customers engaged and get them to do something on the website that might be on the path to the all-important conversion, for example buying your service. Although normally we just speak of conversions, they can really be divided to macro and micro conversions

Macro conversions are what we normally think of as the definitive conversions: actions that bring return on investment, such as completing an order. Micro conversions, however, are steps on the path to a macro conversion. They could include filling a contact form, newsletter signups, checking your locales in a branch finder, etc. 

You can be creative here and really get the customer engaged. A customer completing a micro conversion is more likely to finish a macro conversion in the future — if not during the session when they are active on your website. Happy creative sessions coming up with different types of conversions to your website and a merry weekend!

Happy Tuesday everybody! Today we want to let you know of the requirements for image ads as many of you might be advertising on the Display Network. If not, check our educational video on the linked YouTube channel, and get started as Display is a very powerful tool in branding your business. 

To create image ads you can use our Display Ad Creator tool that will create ads that follow these requirements, but if you want to unleash your image editing and creative skills, you need to make sure yourself that your ads are OK with the requirements. Nobody wants to spend a lot of time creating something only to find that guidelines are not being followed. Check the requirements in the article below.

When we distinguish the devices that our customers have just to computers, mobiles and tablets, it might be easy to miss the fact that mobiles (especially up the smartphone scale) are very powerful pocket computers. Thus having this kind of device easily at reach 24 hours a day keeps changing how people interact with the world. 

The smartphone is a tool that we can use to find any kind of information in those fleeting moments when something needs to resolved or when you just want to entertain yourself planning your next holiday sitting on a bus. The examples here really are unlimited.

Why this all is important to you as a marketer, is that you can make your mobile message really geared towards these moments when customers might be looking for something that you have just the right solution for. Really put yourself in your customers’ shoes and think in which kind of fleeting moments you can offer added value.
