Plot your chart data in AdWords by day, week, month, or quarter

How many times have you wished you could get a quick snapshot of how your search traffic is trending, and in the time increments that matter to you?  You might want to see weekly trends if you refresh your inventory on a weekly basis, or if you have quarterly sales goals you might want to track your performance trends by quarter. Today, we’re making it easier and faster to get a customized view of how your performance is trending with a new button right above your chart in AdWords that lets you toggle between Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly data (shown below). We hope this will save you time and make you more efficient while optimizing your search campaigns.  Log into your account and try it for yourself: http://adwords.google.com

Just used it yesterday for the first time. It's such a basic and intuitive feature - didn't even realise it wasn't on AdWords before - till this post came up, which makes one wonder why had no one thought about adding it previously?!

Is this being rolled out over time? It doesn't show up in ours.

doesn't show in mine either

Hi AccuraCast, we'd asked for this about 2 or 3 years ago. It is very handy in Google Analytics. We've asked for several things that have gone on to be included in the AdWords interface, and it has been very cool.

We had it, even announced on our blog and now it's gone... Can't see this feature anymore.

I would also work on scaling... somehow the charts are often flat, optically do not show the real trend.

+Chesapeake Bay +Ben Stevens Great question, we're really excited about making this feature available in your accounts soon. It's being rolled out gradually over the coming weeks, so keep an eye on your account and you should see it shortly. -Andy

This was the best new feature in years. Why did it disappear.

Why did this feature disappear? this was helpful for measuring the performances for us.

Will check this out later. Thanks
