Sorry to hear you feel this way about our service. We not only had an engine performance diagnosis on your vehicle but also a complete check over which takes time to complete. It was not a quick visual to my understanding. We also spoke close to an hour before you left your vehicle, going over all the potential issues that may be a problem and did not want you to leave without feeling totally comfortable with how we were to proceed. Your vehicle, which is in beautiful cosmetic condition for the year, is in need of mechanical attention as most of the parts that need attention are very old.
Allow me to reiterate that you will always have the last say on what you want us to do and you had given us full authorization to proceed with the diagnosis charges before we started the work. That diagnosis charge did not change when you came for pickup. What we normally do with all our customers is prioritize the most important repairs first and advise what can be monitored and addressed at a later date to be able to maximize the use of the vehicle without too much repair costs at once.
