How we Got Started?
Trevor Good and Joshua Ginter have been doing real estate and video production (respectively) for more than a decade. As they began considering video for real estate, they quickly came to terms with the obvious challenges. The cost/quality trade-off makes video prohibitive for real estate. But we believed it could be done. Now, after months of trials, process tweaking and workflow refinements, we believe we’ve cracked the cost/quality conundrum. The ultimate result has been a marketing strategy using real video tours (not slideshows) at cost effective prices with quality that gives a highly attractive presentation and all the search and brand benefits only video can provide.
