Staying well hydrated can be tough. We talk a lot about how incredibly important it is to your health, energy level and certainly to the vitality and elasticity of your skin. But if your like me, meeting your daily water quota can often feel difficult and well – a little boring. Luckily for both of us, we have a few INFUSED WATER RECIPES that will spice things up and make your taste buds dance with delight.

It was so fun making these, and incorporating these simple ingredients will take your water drinking to a whole new level. If not, just substitute the water for vodka (mostly kidding about this), and you will forget that you didn't quite make your water goals anyway. Win-win, right? ;)

Ashes Reincarnation Cleansing Grains is a customer favorite and certainly the most diverse product in our skincare line. It can be used in so many ways (hello, Mixology) that sometimes we forget to tell you about all of them. Before we do, let's address its primary use – cleansing your beautiful face! Ashes won't disrupt your delicate acid mantle but it WILL plump and brighten the skin, combat blemish causing bacteria, lighten age spots, remineralize the skin and boost collagen production. Ahhhmazing!

When a skin problem arises, we often look to certain products and impatiently want to start in the middle, or even at the end with tonics, creams or serums only to find disappointment, thinking the product is at fault when actually our impatience is the culprit. How we use skincare products, and in what order, makes a big difference in the results we can achieve....

This heavenly blend of coconut milk, honey, turmeric and grass fed butter will delight your senses, relieve your pains and nourish your body! Turmeric tea has been used for centuries due to its highly anti-inflammatory properties and is arguably one of the most powerful herbs on the planet at fighting and potentially reversing disease. In fact, its healing properties are so astounding that there are now over 6,235 peer reviewed articles published proving the vast health benefits of this beautiful golden herb.

This turmeric tea recipe is our favorite (and we have tried a lot!). Its rich, creamy texture soothes and delights while its lightly sweet and spicy flavor add the perfect kick. Enjoy it warm or cold, morning or evening, with or without a meal. Just enjoy it!

The Good Medicine Blessing

"For all that we are and can become, we give thanks to the sky above for its precious moisture, the sand below for the light it holds, the breeze that rushes by - cleansing our skin with its lacy wings, and the plants that give life back to the air again."

The good news is that you can drastically improve the look, feel and texture of your damaged hair. The bad news is… well, the damage has been done.
But chin up, Babe! There is still major progress and luscious locks to be had. Well formulated hair treatments can drastically improve the texture, sheen and appearance of your hair and, most importantly, can stop the cycle of damage with protective, nourishing ingredients. We know, you’ve heard all the promises of “repairing damaged hair” but let’s talk about this. Consider the fact that hair is technically dead and has no method of cell regeneration, nervous system or blood flow. Because hair isn’t alive - it cannot heal.
Stopping the damage, protecting and nourishing your healthy hair while getting rid of icky split ends is a necessary part of a healthy haircare routine. Using smoothing, hydrating oils on your hair can and will absolutely improve texture, sheen and appearance but once the damage is done you really need to use them regularly to maintain optimal results.
