Roasted artichokes and garlic
- I blended these into a paste with some fresh lemon juice to use as a sandwich spread. But they would be just as delicious eaten as a side or or diced up to add to another dish!
1. Drain a can of artichokes, slice in half and place on baking sheet with a few peeled garlic cloves.
2. Mix together a couple tablespoons of olive oil with salt, pepper, turmeric, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes (or use whatever spices you prefer).
3. Drizzle seasoned oil over artichokes and garlic and then bake for 30 minutes @ 400. #artichokerecipes #roastedveggies #easyrecipes #realfood
