+Gonzalo Bacigalupe I read the second to last one on the list--the one published by the APA (http://www.apa.org/monitor/oct01/sleepteen.aspx). I think a lot of people who grew up "in the system" of waking up early would be shocked at how this article describes it as abuse, but I have seen many of the negative effects described in the article. I'm wondering why sleep, one of the most necessary actions for a healthy life, has been so undervalued. It's a terrible thing.
