We are very sorry the unfavorable experience you had with our gym. We do want to ensure the safety of our members as this is a high priority to us. These issues are being worked on as we speak to make sure that moving forward we make the appropriate changes that will allow for a safer and more comfortable environment. Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to put cameras in various locations due to privacy reasons, but again we want to recommend that any personal items of significant value to the member be left at home or in the car as to ensure nothing of this does happen. It is an unfortunate circumstance, and we want you along with everyone to know that we do take this very seriously. Thank you for your time sending us your feedback, Carlton.
