"This was an internet order for an LG washer and dryer. The appliances were initially back ordered, but Goedekers pricing was worth the delay.
I made two changes to the original order, one of which was a price reduction I noticed on Goedekers website during the shipping delay. The customer service rep pleasantly and promptly issued refunds which were applied to my credit card before the next billing cycle was due.
The shipping service they used, AM Home Delivery, kept me informed of delivery status and were prompt and patient while I inspected the appliances. Not only were the appliances in perfect condition, but even the packaging was unblemished.
This was the first time I've ordered appliances online, and though skeptical at first, the actual performance of Goedekers and associates proved to be completely satisfying. If the products were in stock instead of back ordered it all would have been perfect, and even at that , I took delivery in less than a month. Well done Goedekers. Five Stars.
The hand written thank you note I received was a nice touch too. "

Bought all kitchen appliances (Refrigerator, Double Oven, Cook top & Dishwasher).  Not only did I find Goedeker's to be the best priced I also received manufacturer rebates.  All were delivered together by great drivers who did it all.  I had no issues.  Also, since I was delivering to a storage unit (Building a house) Goedeker's made sure my order was not fraudulent because the delivery address did not match my credit card address.  Extremely legit company.

We really do offer some of the lowest prices on appliances. Just read this recent review on ResellerRatings!

"I searched a few weeks to make sure i got the exact oven i wanted at the best price I could find. I went to at least 10 local stores to price check but not finding any real difference in pride I decided to purchase online. I originally placed an order on Amazon but as soon as I hit send an advert for Goedekers popped up showing a huge discount off even the Amazon price. I promptly cancelled my Amazon order and placed my order with Goedekers. Between paying no sales tax and the discounted price I literally saved almost $1,000, I was skeptical since it was such a great deal. I kept my fingers crossed until it arrived. My oven arrived in perfect condition. I didn't pay for white glove service so i was surprised when the delivery men brought it in and unpacked it. I noticed on the BOL that Goedekers had upgraded at no charge. After the delivery men left I realized I hadn't received the flex gas hose I had ordered. I called customer service the next morning. They were very friendly and they called the delivery company to tracked it down for me. They sent it by Fedex within a couple of days. Great service end to end! Highly recommend!"

Unfortunately I have had the complete opposite experience. Ordered my washer / dryer on April 24th as of today May 27 it has still not arrived. I have received two notices saying it was being shipped by a certain date but it has yet to ship at all. Called today and was told yet again it would be shipped next week not sure if I'll ever get it.

I got such a great price on a washer and dryer set that beat closest retailer by over a hundred dollars and several hundred for the others. they also had the rebate information and forms right on the page making it easy to fill out and submit. The shipping company selected was not responsive and hard to get in touch with, but they were separate from Goedeker's so i didnt downgrade them for that. They might want to research other delivery companies though with better customer service.

The people are terrific to work with. I spoke with them before my order and then afterwards. Their site was easy to work with. I chose White Glove Delivery. That was my only problem because the local trucker did not give us the unpacking that came with it and claimed we didn't ask for it. Goedeker's made us whole with a refund and always acted in the best interest of their customer. The dishwasher was less than Home Depot partially because there was no sales tax and partially because their price was less. It works great and I would definitely use Goedeker's again.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are impossible to reason with. After their customer service person lied to me about the status of my order, they chose to ignore my correspondence for 48 hours until the order had shipped, rendering it impossible to cancel the order. After the 48 hours, i received an email from their Senior Customer Service rep in which had very sarcastic tones and snarky remarks. She even chose to bring up religion, implying that I was chastising the company for their pride in christian faith. Just an unbelievable experience from what seemed like a great company. I might also point out that Steve Goedeker chose to ignore my email - after he posted on the website that he would love to hear from his customers. Well, he heard from me and has done nothing. Seriously, dont buy from them. There are much better options.

I called because the website was showing a higher "sale" price than a regular price. I was told it was a mistake on the website and the correct price would be the price that's shown in the cart. I asked which price that was, the higher sale price or the regular price and the woman said very hastedly, "the price that's shown when you add it to the cart" which was basically telling me to add it to the cart and see for myself. I asked about delivery and whether it included in home delivery and she said "the delivery is clearly outlined on our website and states curb side delivery." I told her I was sorry for bothering her and would not bother her again, her response was "thank you." I could not believe how rude this woman was and when I was calling to buy a $1600 piece of furniture at that. She shouldn't be working in customer service that's for sure! I had my credit card in hand ready to order but there are several other places that sell this same piece. I will not give my business to someone that acts annoyed with doing their job. Someone else will be glad to get my money.

Not recommended if you do need your appliances delivered in a month. I ordered 4 appliances a month ago and still waiting for them to be released by the manufacturer. I was notified by email that the wall oven was back ordered 2 days after I placed the order, and they are not going to ship the rest of the items until the wall oven is available. I am in the middle of a house remodeling and I cannot install my kitchen cabinets because I don't have the cooktop. And they refuse to ship the cooktop first because I ordered it together with the wall oven, which turned out to be OOS later. Every single item I ordered from them is eligible for free shipping, and yet they just refuse to ship the items that are available first. According to the sales representative, this is because they actually DO NOT have anything in stock. Whatever we ordered from them, they will have to order from the manufacture after they receive our order. And they insist to ship everything all together, even it takes over a month to have one item back in stock. I seriously regret that I ordered from them. If I had ordered from a local store, I could have been enjoying my new kitchen by now. So I strongly encourage you to just order from your local store. There are 10% coupon available for Bestbuy, Home Depot, or Lowes, which will end up being a better deal anyway.

Hi, I don't normally write reviews or even complain when I get a cold meal at a restaurant but this one needs to be known. I bought a Bosch dishwasher from Goedeker this past week. It was delivered yesterday and packaging looked in good condition. When I installed the machine it stopped working after about 15 min of operation. It displayed an E15 error. I thought I made a mistake installing it, eventhough I have installed several dishwashers in my career of owning a home. After 3 hours of diagnosing, YouTube videos, Google searches... I discovered a leak at the back of the machine near a seam on the main stainless tub. The E15 error is caused by water in the catch pan at the bottom of the machine. I contacted Goedeker to make them aware of the issue and requested a new machine or a refund. They refused and said contact the Bosch service. I admit their web site does say after installation they won't take back a product. My mistake assuming common practice customer service applied. However I felt I would have never known the machine had an issue until it was installed. They kept telling me to contact Bosch through emails and a phone call. Which I did finally contact Bosch and they said "why didn't the seller replace it". Oh boy. I said they refused. So Bosch said they need to have service look at it in order to replace it but I have no direct service in the area (Buffalo NY ... Really none Buffalo) I was told that I needed to contact a third party service tech on my own to set up a service call so they can assess the machine to tell me and Bosch it's leaking. The third party service tech on the phone said its not likely it can be repaired so now we need to through this inefficient processs to ultimately replace a machine that we all know it broke. The third party tech also said "why didn't the seller take it back". So the bottom line is buyer beware once you take delivery from Goedeker and install you are on your own. Even if you only owned the machine for 3 hours. They don't support the products they sell and push you to the manufacturer if the product has a problem, even if it's fresh out of the box. Their Goedeker's Philosophy "We believe everything we do should be for the greater glory of God. Our priority is to serve our fellow man to the best of our ability. We want our customers to see Christ in us and in everything we do" is just words on a website. They don't know customer service. Good luck and hope the product you get works :)

I have placed several orders with Goedekers over the past year for a new house project. The website is easy to use and prices have been very competitive. On two occasions, I needed help from customer service and found them easy to contact and very responsive. My experience has been very positive and I highly recommend Goedekers for on-line purchase of appliances.

I ordered an LG washer and dryer. I knew from other reviews that it would likely take about a month to receive them so I was prepared for the wait. When I bought them, the website said that the items would leave their warehouse in 2-4 days since they were identified as "quick ship". It was actually two weeks and I think if they were a little more up front about the wait times it would help. The whole process took exactly one month to arrive at my home. I was in no real hurry to receive my washer and dryer since the ones I had were still working, so it would definitely not be a good idea to order replacements for broken appliances this way. You cannot expect any shipped appliances to arrive in the same time frame as a local store. Goedecker's and the shipping company kept me up to date on tracking and the shippers were great. There was a hole in the dryer box, which I noted, but there was absolutely no damage to the appliance. The shippers came right in the middle of their 4 hour window and were fast and friendly. No problems for me whatsoever and I would order from them again. I saved a ton between their prices and rebates that weren't offered locally.
