"This was an internet order for an LG washer and dryer. The appliances were initially back ordered, but Goedekers pricing was worth the delay.
I made two changes to the original order, one of which was a price reduction I noticed on Goedekers website during the shipping delay. The customer service rep pleasantly and promptly issued refunds which were applied to my credit card before the next billing cycle was due.
The shipping service they used, AM Home Delivery, kept me informed of delivery status and were prompt and patient while I inspected the appliances. Not only were the appliances in perfect condition, but even the packaging was unblemished.
This was the first time I've ordered appliances online, and though skeptical at first, the actual performance of Goedekers and associates proved to be completely satisfying. If the products were in stock instead of back ordered it all would have been perfect, and even at that , I took delivery in less than a month. Well done Goedekers. Five Stars.
The hand written thank you note I received was a nice touch too. "

Bought all kitchen appliances (Refrigerator, Double Oven, Cook top & Dishwasher).  Not only did I find Goedeker's to be the best priced I also received manufacturer rebates.  All were delivered together by great drivers who did it all.  I had no issues.  Also, since I was delivering to a storage unit (Building a house) Goedeker's made sure my order was not fraudulent because the delivery address did not match my credit card address.  Extremely legit company.

We really do offer some of the lowest prices on appliances. Just read this recent review on ResellerRatings!

"I searched a few weeks to make sure i got the exact oven i wanted at the best price I could find. I went to at least 10 local stores to price check but not finding any real difference in pride I decided to purchase online. I originally placed an order on Amazon but as soon as I hit send an advert for Goedekers popped up showing a huge discount off even the Amazon price. I promptly cancelled my Amazon order and placed my order with Goedekers. Between paying no sales tax and the discounted price I literally saved almost $1,000, I was skeptical since it was such a great deal. I kept my fingers crossed until it arrived. My oven arrived in perfect condition. I didn't pay for white glove service so i was surprised when the delivery men brought it in and unpacked it. I noticed on the BOL that Goedekers had upgraded at no charge. After the delivery men left I realized I hadn't received the flex gas hose I had ordered. I called customer service the next morning. They were very friendly and they called the delivery company to tracked it down for me. They sent it by Fedex within a couple of days. Great service end to end! Highly recommend!"

Unfortunately I have had the complete opposite experience. Ordered my washer / dryer on April 24th as of today May 27 it has still not arrived. I have received two notices saying it was being shipped by a certain date but it has yet to ship at all. Called today and was told yet again it would be shipped next week not sure if I'll ever get it.

I loved getting the hand written note from their employee..... it was a nice touch. We also appreciated the fact they are a Christian based company - wish more companies were. Great company to work with.  Item delivered as promised. Customer service was wonderful and called to ask if we were satisfied with purchase.  Also Goedeker's sent a personal "thank you" note.  Now who does that now a days.  I would definitely make a future purchase from this company.

The people are terrific to work with. I spoke with them before my order and then afterwards. Their site was easy to work with. I chose White Glove Delivery. That was my only problem because the local trucker did not give us the unpacking that came with it and claimed we didn't ask for it. Goedeker's made us whole with a refund and always acted in the best interest of their customer. The dishwasher was less than Home Depot partially because there was no sales tax and partially because their price was less. It works great and I would definitely use Goedeker's again.

I ordered an LG washer and dryer. I knew from other reviews that it would likely take about a month to receive them so I was prepared for the wait. When I bought them, the website said that the items would leave their warehouse in 2-4 days since they were identified as "quick ship". It was actually two weeks and I think if they were a little more up front about the wait times it would help. The whole process took exactly one month to arrive at my home. I was in no real hurry to receive my washer and dryer since the ones I had were still working, so it would definitely not be a good idea to order replacements for broken appliances this way. You cannot expect any shipped appliances to arrive in the same time frame as a local store. Goedecker's and the shipping company kept me up to date on tracking and the shippers were great. There was a hole in the dryer box, which I noted, but there was absolutely no damage to the appliance. The shippers came right in the middle of their 4 hour window and were fast and friendly. No problems for me whatsoever and I would order from them again. I saved a ton between their prices and rebates that weren't offered locally.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is Alive and Well! Bought two high end lamps gorgeous lamps for our piano room. Service exceeded my imagination! The lamps arrived ahead of schedule. An issue after delivery was rectified again beyond my wildest dreams. The price beat everything available to check out on the web including the parent furniture store where the lamps originate. Customer service is alive and well with vim and vigor at Goedeker's! Special thanks to Kellee, Crystal and Doug!

To start off, I was researching to find a competitive pricing to replace my major Appliances. I stumbled upon Goedekers and was quite impressed with their Thanksgiving offering for 'Samsung' products. Just to compare the prices at Best Buy & Home Depot, it was about $2000 + less (excluding the taxes). I thought it was a win win situation, as they are going to delivery it for free at my door step. So, I placed my order the last week of November. As I picked some exclusive models (Black Stainless steel) which are not available on shelf, I know it would be delayed.... but not till first week of February !!! I know it's not Goedekers fault, but the Stockist, and I also was really not in a big hurry. Finally, after a little more than 2 months, all the items arrived (Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Gas Oven, Dishwasher). As I've requested 'White Glove' delivery, the folks brought all the items inside my house. When we opened the Refrigerator's packing, there was a small blemish on the left door, for which I promptly reached out to Goedekers Support team. They were absolutely fabulous... arranged for a replacement door (which arrived in a week's time) along with a $75 discount. Yes, it took too long for the original items to be shipped, but when they arrived and their "After Sales" support... Goedekers exceeded my expectation... I would absolutely recommend them any day !!!

I have placed several orders with Goedekers over the past year for a new house project. The website is easy to use and prices have been very competitive. On two occasions, I needed help from customer service and found them easy to contact and very responsive. My experience has been very positive and I highly recommend Goedekers for on-line purchase of appliances.

I purchased two expensive pans from Goedekers and they description for them was they were stainless steel with aluminum cores. No where did it say they were teflon, I would not purchase teflon. They arrived and I have been getting the royal run around by Chelsa VanHove about returning them. They say they need an authorization to return them I was told on the phone by a girl name Charniece that it would be taken care on Monday when Chelsea was in her office, well I am still waiting. They are stressing me out and I am at a loss as to what the next step should be, this is why I am exposing them to you so you will know what kind of business they are. They seem to be disreputable in solving issues that should be relatively simple and straightforward. All I want to do is return these pans and get a refund but they are making it impossible.

I ordered a new LG Washer and Dryer from Goedeker's and saved over $1,000. They delivered them in about 3 weeks. All the customer service representatives I spoke to were very helpful and accommodating, The washer and dryer arrived and were installed beautifully. I'm very please and will definitely refer all my friends to Goedeker's.

It's been barely a day since I placed an order, and already this company has gone out of its way to lose my future business during my remodel. I ordered a stove ahead of my remodel schedule, as our old one started malfunctioning before we planned to remodel the kitchen. I ordered (on 2/9), and immediately inquired as to when we would receive it, as the site is not very clear on delivery times. I emailed an received a reply of "Normal delivery time frame is 10-12 business days from the time you place the order." I then receive a message a little while later stating that the item is backordered (until 2/18) and won't be available until 9 days after I ordered, which, given the previous time frame, puts receiving the item almost a month after order. In every message, I iterated that if I knew this ahead of time, I would have purchased elsewhere. The "customer service" person sent a screenshot of the CURRENT website page that *now* shows it is backordered as "proof" that is was backordered at the time I ordered. Clearly, it was not showing backordered, as the first customer service interaction did not mention this, and it was *not* on the website showing backordered. Attempting to pass off TODAY'S page as proof of what the product status was 3 days ago is lunacy at best, and deceptive business practice. Chelsea VanHove, the "Senior Customer Care Specialist" should be replaced. There are multiple complaints on various review sites about how she belittle and talks down to customers (including Google Reviews). If Goedeker's management reads this, just know that she has personally lost your company at least $5000 in purchases I'm making next month for the rest of my kitchen remodel. If you're thinking about ordering from here, go elsewhere. Every step of this has been a terrible experience, mainly due to the customer service.
