Great company to work with.  Item delivered as promised. Customer service was wonderful and called to ask if we were satisfied with purchase.  Also Goedeker's sent a personal "thank you" note.  Now who does that now a days.  I would definitely make a future purchase from this company.

Satisfied customer Brad J. got in touch with us recently to share his story. Here's what he had to say about our customer care:

"I wanted to take just a minute to remind you of something that you are (already) well aware of. Goedekers has AMAZING customer service!!

Naturally, a customer will be initially attracted by a “low price”. However, there is so much more to operating a sustainable business than a “one time” sale to a customer who may never return, due to a bad experience. I can assure you that from this customer’s perspective, Goedekers has a handle on retaining customers for the long run. I am sure that this is a core value of your company, and that you work to see that value reflected in the performance of your employees. My story could take pages to write, so we’ll just make do with Cliff’s Notes:

• I hesitated to make such a substantial purchase “on line”. However, after a reassuring conversation with John C., your Online Sales Manager, I was certain that I was dealing with a quality organization
• In August of 2014, I ordered a new Whirlpool dishwasher and refrigerator for my new kitchen project, from Goedekers
• The items were delivered in good condition by RL Carriers in October of 2014 
• After my remodel project was completed (January of 2015), I began to install the dishwasher. I realized that the front door on the dishwasher was not closing properly and that the lower hinge seemed to be manufactured out of spec. I contacted Lisa R., a Customer Service Specialist for Goedekers, and she went to work as my advocate. Naturally, there was some pushback from Whirlpool with respect to the time that had passed between delivery of the appliances, and the identification of the manufacturing defect. A lot of potential solutions were contemplated, but in the end, I was provided a replacement dishwasher from the manufacturer. This outcome was a direct result of Lisa’s customer advocacy and her determination to ensure that the customer was 100% satisfied.
• About the same time as the dishwasher issue surfaced (and at the insistence of Lisa, to inspect the refrigerator that was not yet installed), I discovered that the water system in the refrigerator had a HUGE leak. This leak resulted in water pouring into the refrigerator any time the water in the door was activated. Lisa contacted the manufacturer and arranged for repairs to be completed in less than 5 days.

The bottom line to all of this is that Goedekers took this potentially poor experience and demonstrated “top notch customer service” . You can be certain that as long as you have people like Lisa R. on your team, Goedekers will continue to thrive in this ultra competitive environment of internet commerce."

The best experience ever. We purchased a refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Had a little problem with the delivery. Called and got help right away. Everyone joined in to help us receive the items we were waiting for. We ended up with a much better product and speedy delivery. Also learned that Goedeker's are there for you, you just need to call, there is always someone willing to talk to you and help you. So grateful for all the help and the dedication to this company. WE RECEIVED THE OVEN IN GOOD CONDITION; HOWEVER, THE ORDER FORM GAVE THE CHOICE OF "CURB DELIVERY" OR ITEM BROUGHT INTO HOUSE & UNPACKED FOR AN EXTRA $200. SINCE NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH I HAD THE OVEN BROUGHT INTO HOUSE AND "UNPACKED". THIS TOOK A MAXIMUM OF 5 MINUTES! FOR $200 - I FEEL THIS IS COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE--ESPECIALLY FOR EFFORT EXPENDED!!! ALSO OVEN DID NOT HAVE A BROILER PAN - HOW DO YOU COOK IN A BROILER WITHOUT A BROILER PAN? IT IS BEING SENT TO ME, BUT IT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN BROILER! OTHERWISE MY EXPERIENCE WITH GODECKERS WAS FINE.

Hello Pat - Because appliances such as ranges are very large and should be handled with care, we believe that transporting them from the truck to the room of your choice, getting them unpacked, and placing them properly are worth the $200 extra, especially when you factor in things such as the distance between the curb and your home, or if the appliance needs to be carried up or down flights of stairs. We are sorry you feel you did not get your money's worth when you chose White Glove Delivery. Not all ranges with broilers include broiler pans. It is important to read the description and specs carefully for these things. We do apologize that this was not expressed clearly on our product page.

Had a pleasant experience years ago but when returning to do business again recently, the order was difficult. Had to correct the address and contact info transcribed incorrectly and took longer than expected for customer service to respond. And maybe not their issue but the delivery company held the appliance in their warehouse for two weeks 10 miles from my home before delivering, really? And to top it off they delivered to the wrong address, had to chase the truck down the street to get them to come back! I don't need this frustration.

Had a wonderful experience with Goedeker's. All the sales people were great, including Scott always professional, friendly and helpful. I would give them 5 stars and want to except for their choice of haulers and delivery service who really dropped the ball in our case. We got very little info from AM Trucking and Delivery and no one seemed to know where our appliances were at any given time. Contacting them was a nightmare as all their mailboxes were full so you couldn't even leave a message so if you get someone, DON'T HANG UP OR LET THEM CALL YOU BACK! We finally reached a supervisor, Jamie, who was great and got things straightened out and we got our appliances that we love!

My wife and I purchased a whole remodel of our kitchen (double oven, dishwasher, trash compactor, Microwave) and the experience with Goedeker's has been wonderful from the first contact with them (asking a lot of questions because I didn't know much) to taking advantage of their 18 month interest free payment, shipping and even question after we received all our order. Susan Miller was so kind and helpful as I was in a panic that I had not received anything from the 18 month interest free special and didn't want to miss a payment even though I just received the order. She were WAY out of her way to help me and was as sweet as you can be along with getting my answer. Thank you Susan!!

Buy from Goedeker’s, you will be glad that you did! I was hesitant to make an online purchase of a major appliance. What if there were problems with the product? Who would I call? How would this be resolved? At least with a “Big Box” store I could haul the product back and tell them that I want satisfaction! Well, as fate would have it, I did have an issue with my product. But I also got to experience truly exceptional customer service! Lisa, from Goedeker’s, made certain that my issue was completely resolved. She scheduled the service, followed up with me to ensure that I was happy, and made certain that my experience was positive. I will recommend them to friends and family, and will buy from them again. That is for certain!

Goedeker's had the best price for a Electrolux Convection Oven (27" Stainless Steel Electric) we found in stock locally OR on the Net; excellent order processing and communication; and reasonable ($50), prompt curbside delivery for our area. Compared to other Northeast Appliance and Electronics businesses, they are a dream to do business with, along with the shipping companies they contract with. Other companies will up-sell for accessories, insurance, and shipping/handling do to "limited delivery for your area"; Goedeker's delivers what you order, when/how you request; and their freight handlers do not have to be contacted to track or locate shipment that is delayed or "run-down" re-shippers/ handling without any updates on tracking. We will definitely use for any future large appliance purchase; and wish they still sold TV's too!!
