We are proud to announce we have today secured a circa £370k internal and external refurbishment project to Aragon Court, Avery Hill Campus for the University of Greenwich. The project is due to commence mid July 2014 and runs for seven weeks. The works are to student accommodation and include - Mechanical and Electrical installations, Kitchens, Bathrooms and Window replacement.

We have successfully completed the Dry Riser installation at the luxury apartment block of Nell Gwynn house, finishing one week ahead of programme.

We are well underway with the refurbishment projects at Flat C 20 Harley Place, 25 - 26 Pembridge Square and 2 Lowndes Court & 12a Newburgh Street. All three projects are making good progress and are due to finish on time.

We have recently secured the external refurbishment of 57 - 59 Long Acre, London WC2, which is due to commence 9th June. The works include erecting scaffold, brick/stone restoration, specialist facade cleaning, window overhaul and decorations.

We at Godfrey Martin Ltd have recently secured a number of projects of real interest, none more than the roofing repairs of the Grade I listed Royal Exchange, in the heart of London. This is an amazing project to work on, not only because we will face challenges along the way but because of the history behind the building. #royalexchange   #london
