No tenemos unas estadísticas fiables acerca de cómo se están sucediendo”, además, diferencia entre los ataques internos y externos; el interno tiene como objetivo principal el robo de datos, mientras que el externo busca lograr la indisponibilidad de un servicio.

At least four satellites will be visible from any point of the earth at all times but in fact, as from yesterday, there is a total of 26 making up the whole Galileo constellation.

THE AIR MAP

Tropomi is Sentinel-5P's instrumental payload. This multi-spectral imaging spectrometer is sensitive to ultraviolet rays, visible light and near infrared, and is capable of taking images with an unprecedented resolution.

The TROPOspheric Monitoring Instrument took its first readings just a month after being launched back in 2017; it has now begun to produce complete pollution dada, showing up air quality in the major cities and sea routes of Europe, Africa, the Middle East and India. These kind of readings will help in taking climate-change-mitigation measures. Not only that, they will also meet some air safety goals, monitoring volcanic ash emissions, as well as civil security objectives, flagging up dangerous ultraviolet radiation levels.

The Sentinel-5 Precursor mission has been designed to top up Sentinel-5's gas-measurement capacities. It has a worldwide coverage, taking in the world's whole surface in one day. Its data is available to the public free of charge (https://scihub.copernicus.eu/).

Sentinel-5P forms part of Copernicus, Europe's advanced Global Monitoring for Environment and Security program. This satellite represented the sixth launch of a constellation made up of six families with various earth-monitoring goals.

GMV has been responsible for development of the satellite's operational simulator. It has also provided in-situ support for ESOC, from the start right up to the end of the Launch and Early-Orbit Phase (LEOP). In the ground segment GMV has developed the satellite's control center and its operations center (ESOC); it is also heavily involved in development of the Flight Dynamic System (FDS) while its permanent ESOC team supports FDS operations on an ongoing basis. Two GMV engineers have also joined the satellite's operations team as members of the Flight Control Team (FCT).
