Modern rooms with free access to a large hot springs pool, plus a spa & complimentary breakfast.- Google
"Beautiful place and perfect walking distance to down town and restaurants"
"It was small, outdated, the beds were lumpy, and the maid service was poor."

Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms. Great variety for breakfast options including made to order omelets! Pools are nice great, but mind the smell of the springs. Price is high, but pools are included...

Great customer service, good value looking at all the add on's. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only downside was no kings were available a month in advance because the hotel was full

Top floor room with south facing balcony. The view was great, and proximity to the pool as well as the free pool passes make staying here well worth the cost. Only complaint was that temperature throughout the room was a little inconsistent, with one end being very warm, and the other end very cold. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable.

This lodge is great and comes with great benefits. The benefits are unlimited access to the hot springs pool and complimentary hot breakfast. The hot breakfast provides an omlette with a choice of bacon, sausage or hash browns. Also, there is a choice of pancakes or toast. The complimentary breakfast consist of apple and orange juice, coffee, pastries, cereal, milk, fruit salad, yogurt, oatmeal, and bagels. The hot springs pool is awesome. If you don't already know, this hot springs pool is the largest one in the world. The therapy pool there is really good too. The rooms at the lodge are very nice. Each room has a microwave and mini fridge. I'm pretty sure you would know that there's a coffee maker, TV, etc. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a few days.

The absolute best place to stay in Glenwood. The front desk people are very nice and helpful, the price is wonderful for all that it includes, the complimentary breakfast is very good and freshly made specifically for you for most of what you get, and of course the hot springs for free. Even the bed and pillows were comfy. The hotel had even warned me about road closures on the way there

The staff here is extremely nice, the rooms are very modern and comfortable and can give some breath taking views of the mountains. They also have a gigantic hot springs pool that can create several memories and good times. Not to mention they're relaxing hot tub that can help anyone with their soars. They're breakfast is also out of this world as it offers a whole variety of items from pancakes to cereal to donuts. And remember this all comes free with a stay at the lodge

I'm sure this place is probably five stars...when you're not visiting in peak season. The draw is of course to visit the hot springs and being that I have never been to Glenwood Springs I decided to take my girlfriend and have a nice romantic weekend getaway. My first impressions were not good being that the entire surrounding area is under construction. Hearing jackhammers and seeing orange cones is not exactly romantic but this is not the hotels fault! I put that behind me and decided to visit the hot springs with my girlfriend (that's what they are known for right?). Holy cow was the place packed! I could not get into the smaller pool that is meant for relaxing adults because it was simply to crowded. My girlfriend and I spent twenty minutes trying to find a place to set out our towels and belongings. Once we found a place we went into the bigger pool however the romantic experience was ruined when 5 and 6 year old's started splashing water on us and started weaving in between my girlfriend and I. It was a pool for families, I get it, I'm not really complaining about that. I just want other people to know that if you want a romantic experience you should wait until peak season is over. I just wish i knew that before I booked with them. Also if you get the romantic package you get a $30 gift certificate to a lovely restaurant called "The Pullman," which was delicious. However, they fail to tell you that you should call ahead and schedule a reservation. I had to wait over two hours to get seated so be forewarned! At some point I will schedule another trip off season and see if my experience changes.

Always clean and a great stay, room services have been great and room is always clean. Being across the street from the pool is so nice and the food at the grill is great. So great to stay in a nice room!
