our 19month old son pushed out the screen on the window by barely touching it, when we informed them of this they said someone will come put in another screen correctly, the new screen was looser than the first... on top of that the cable went out, our lamp didnt work, the rooms were tiny and run down.. we got a refund and went to another hotel.. poor customer service as well

This hotel was very pricey, and the room was comparable to Motel 6. It was small, outdated, the beds were lumpy, and the maid service was poor. We requested a change of linens, but the maid did not do it, thinking we would not notice. We had to contact the hotel for fresh linens later that day and change out the beds ourselves. This hotel includes free passes for the pool and a free breakfast, which was nice, but to pay $300 a night on Saturday for such a small and unimpressive room was hard to swallow. The mineral pool was nice and refreshing, but the surrounding grounds sure can use a makeover. The hotel exterior and rooms need a makeover as well. The people at the front desk were friendly and nice.

This is an expensive, outdoor pool. The heated pool feels great at 104* and the larger "cooler" pool is just to somewhere in the 90s*. We went in the summer but during the week after 6pm and the pools were both still packed. My favorite part was the cool calcium build up on the edges of the pool from the water being so full of minerals. They do have large locker rooms and towels for rent. I suspect it's much cooler for the kids than the adults.

Accomadation's were poor. Room thermostat was regulated at 74 F. My room was extremely cold. This is not recommended if traveling with elderly or infants which were both in my party. We received one little heater from maintenance to attempt to warm the room and seperate restroom.

Nice hotel. Basic accommodations but the stay includes breakfast and free use of the hot springs. I would recommend staying here.

They put unbearable levels of chlorine in the pools, to the point that I went temporarily BLIND for about an hour. I mean ZERO sight. Had to be taken to the emergency room. They put chlorine in the pools to ensure they kill the amoeba known to burrow into the skulls of children and eat their brains. Don't believe me? Look it up! "Naegleria fowleri"

Great place! Lovely, rustic rooms. Hot tubs are wonderful. Close to everything.
