Have you been to our indoor Laser Tag yet? It's as much of a hit in our indoor arena as it is outdoors during warm weather. You can choose from a single 30-minute game, or save by packaging it with 2 hours of bowling! Plus, it's open on Fridays and Saturdays until 1 am--perfect for late night fun after you're done skiing!

Two new feet of snow this past weekend fell on the mountain at #Winterplace, bringing the total at the summit up to a whopping 82" base of groomed snow. The brisk temperatures all week long will keep #ski conditions awesome, so if you haven't booked your getaway yet, now's the time! http://bit.ly/19BlqXr

Great Hotel! Very clean! Great amenities. Laser Tag was great same with bowling! Food at The Glades Grill was great! If your a coffee lover go to small talk café. The arcade could be better it's small😑. Room are very clean!! Maids were on the job!! Wifi is really fast! Breakfast is GREAT!! If you are going to winterplace stay here it's close and they offer a free shuttle to winterplace! Had such a great time we will come back this summer to zipline and fish and more!

Facilities were great but don't bother ordering pizza from this place, you would be better off buying a frozen pizza about an hour away and placing it under your hood. By the time you get here, the pizza will taste a little better, and be much hotter than if you ordered it here. Plus a few dollars cheaper...

I read some of the reviews before I booked. Pay attention to the negative reviews, although they are few. This place is totally understaffed, the rooms poorly decorated, and very overpriced. Misrepresentation is the word that most clearly sums up our experience. The ski free is not really FREE. It is built into the price. We figure we paid twice what we would have paid for skiing if we had bought our tickets at the sloops. Which is another thing; the shuttle to the sloops only runs every two hours, so having your own ride to the sloops is a must because it is a 20 minute drive in good weather. We had no hot water for a day, no clicker for the tv, no heat in one bedroom, and no amenities in the kitchen. We spent as much at the grocery store buying salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, etc as we would have if we had just had meals out. You also are charged a daily fee for the use of the facilities that is built into the room price. Be careful when talking to the reservation desk, because they are well coached and will not truthfully represent the fees, shuttle schedule, and amenities.

Poor quality of staff, seem unconnected to what is available and unhelpful in assistance. Prices are much to high for quality of services provided. Small town, "who are you and what do you want" attitude. For better enjoyment, go elsewhere! This place is not worth the price or time!

Beautiful location but unless you're golfing or a pre teen child you won't find the other activities to be all that much fun. The rooms look nice on first glance. The bed is good quality, but the sofas are cheap and the TV not very good. They boast a number of available activities, but they are truly mostly geared towards children. The Leisure center isn't what they claim as the "arcade" is just a few games from the 80s. The indoor pool house isn't very attractive and the Spa is overpriced. The bike rentals are low quality, the equestrian center understaffed, the trail maps inadequate and the breakfast was even low quality. The sports bar was nice and food was reasonably good quality but was overpriced. For a place that amounted to almost $200 a day for our stay, I feel like we got far less than our money's worth. The golf courses are nice, but I would have rather stayed at a hotel off the course and just paid full fare for greens fees. It would have been much cheaper and every bit the same level of quality. I personally would not recommend staying here and will not return myself. The one activity that was worthwhile was going to visit the exhibition coal mine in Beckly (this is advertised as one of the resort's activities, but it isn't and is totally separate from the resort). The experience was unique and Cliff the tour guide was one in a million.

Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly! If you aren't golfing, there are numerous other activities. Hour and a half horse back riding is about the perfect time. Also $1.75 draft beer happy hour is great!
