Al ritorno dal corso di panificazione: panini dolci al cioccolato
Sono i panini perfetti per la colazione, il cioccolato li rende golosi e decadenti, ma l’albicocca secca in pezzettini aggiunge una nota fruttata che chiama anche qualche cucchiaio di una buona confettura di albicocche, da spalmare sulle fettine appena scaldate.

Pork loin with dried prunes and pancetta

Take prunes, for example. For the collective imagination prunes remind grandmothers, dusty old time cupboards, a fruit that became almost a medicine.
