Sarah Kirchoff has been an inspiring Girl Scout leader for the past 6 years. She is an engaged leader and truly listens to her girls, not always giving them the answer to the questions they ask, but listens and guides them to find the solution on their own. Sarah is also a huge supporter of other troops in her area, organizing an area cookie rally for the NW troops last fall preparing and motivating the girls for the upcoming Cookie Season. Sarah is described by one of her troop parents as someone that leads by example, has high expectations for the girls, but emphasizes fun! We are fortunate to have Sarah as part of our Girl Scout team!
Thank you Sarah!

Ashley Wright leads a Brownie troop and helps with her daughter's Cadette troop. In the Summer 2014 Ashley was instrumental in planning and facilitating the Scout Safari camp. She will be leading our April volunteer support meeting and she is always willing to help with events and programs outside of her troops.
Thank you Ashley!

Cheryl Bartlett was already the leader of Troop 2020, a D/B/J troop on Ft. Huachuca, but when her daughters' troop - T1770 which is Daisy all the way through Ambassador - needed a leader she stepped up to that also and continues to keep both troops running smoothly, despite almost non-stop transition due to the troops' connection to our military families. In addition, Cheryl is always willing to help out with County programs and events and helps mentor new volunteers, both within her troops and through our volunteer support meetings.
Thank you Cheryl!

Building girls of Courage, Confidence, and Character who make the world a better place.
Introduction
Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona serves girls ages 5 to 17 through a wide range of contemporary programs that reflect the unique needs and interests of girls living in Southern Arizona. We provide preventative strategies that help girls succeed in school and life and empower girls to reach their full potential. Girl Scouts give girls a voice in the community and their own lives and provides access to programs to girls in need. We support a diverse adult leadership, develop effective community collaborations, and remain fiscally sound to ensure that Girl Scouting is available to girls long into the future.
