So thrilled to have Sindeo selected as a candidate for an Inman News Innovator Award for 2015 for the first time. It's not easy to try and transform an industry and it's exciting to get noticed.

I was fortunate to have a fellow from the Coro Fellow Program work with me for the last six weeks. The program is a nine‑month, full‑time, graduate‑level leadership‑training program for recent grads to learn leadership skills and get exposed to a variety of assignments in non-profit, government, startup and corporate world. Such a great program, I'd love for my daughter to do this some day. For my fellow's last assignment, I asked my her to write a post about what she learned. Here it is:
When I walked into Sindeo for my third internship rotation as a CORO Fellow, my preconceptions about tech and startups could not have been shattered any harder or faster. Aesthetically, it looked like any other Silicon Valley startup ... But Sindeo emitted a balanced, considerate, and supportive energy that was evident from hour one — an energy I found wasn’t prevalent, or even prioritized, at other startups I had encountered.

I recently joined Sindeo, a modern mortgage marketplace focused on transforming the mortgage experience for consumers and the pros they work with.  

Previously, I directed marketing strategy and communications for Trulia's industry services division (B2B), overseeing Trulia's industry marketing and communications strategy and channel partnership programs. I work closely with the top brands in real estate to drive their business success. Trulia (TRLA) was founded in 2005 and is traded on the NYSE after a phenomenally successful IPO in September 2012.

I am a high-energy business leader with experience working in organizations of all sizes, from early stage startups to Fortune 500 organizations.
