Did you know that different countries have different "ideal" body types? While many women in America are stressing about thigh gaps, women all across the world are STRIVING to have wider hips, big booties, and more curves.

I learned how to embrace and love my body even more after experiencing solo female travel around the word, learning about different cultures and "ideal" body types. Being able to see how much diversity there is across the board has helped me to embrace what I've been given, and let the pressures from society play a smaller and smaller role in my life.

Listen to today's newest podcast with Maddy Moon to learn about solo female travel, balancing a relationship while traveling around the world, trusting your intuition in compromising situations, and so much more!

IMHO, purpose is often hidden in the nooks and crannies along the journey of life. It shows up in bursts or sometimes, it comes in longer waves. It evolves and shifts as we hone in on what we really give a damn about and are willing to take action on.

And yes, lot of the time, it's just nonexistent...which is TOTALLY FINE. No need to make something up to avoid saying, "I don't know." :)
