Such a nice place! Friendly people from the start. I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle, but my sales person Aaron was amazing. He knew what he was talking about and cared about what I wanted in a car. Once I am able to get my car I will for sure give him a call back! Would recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

I worked with Joshua Gutierrez to purchase a 2016 Forester 2.5i Touring. He explained and answered all of my questions. He wasn't pushy. The weather on that day was not good, but Josh didn't mind to go around outside in order to find what my requests. Thank you Josh!! The only thing made me upset was the financial dept put TWO hard inquires for my credit check. Also, I don't know why it takes a long time to get all the paper works done!?

My fiance and I were moving cross country in her 2013 Subaru and the "check engine" light came on. The first place we could get into for service was Gillman Subaru in San Antonio. We were quoted a service time of 2.5-3 hours to find out what the problem was and fix it. Then we could be on our merry way. The day before we brought it in, one of the tires started acting up and not holding air. We asked if they could take a look at that as well. They said "No problem!" We brought the car in and decided to rent a car while ours was being fixed so that we could run some errands and go see The Alamo! We returned four hours later, a full hour after the quoted time, to find out that the car was not ready yet. No problem. We're pretty patient people. We were told it might me another half hour. The good news was that they had found a nail in the tire and patched it. Good to go? Nope. Long story longer. After seven, SEVEN, hours of working on our car, they still hadn't fixed it. Now that alone I can live with. I personally spoke with the mechanic and I do believe he was doing his best. Hey, these new cars with computers can be tricky. The reason I'm writing this review is the status of the tire and the lies told to us. They said they patched the tire and tried to charge us around $60 for the patch. We thought the tires were still under warranty. Gillman told us that was not the case. Turns out they were wrong. I find out today from Subaru that the tires were, in fact, still under warranty. I'm sure they knew this. They had all the other information on the car, why wouldn't they have warranty info. Here's the kicker. THEY DIDN'T FIX THE TIRE! After seven hours of NOT FIXING THE CAR, they tried to charge us for NOT FIXING THE TIRE which was under warranty to begin with. We made a little complaint as to how long we were there and the car not being fixed so the tire charge was waved. After leaving Gillman, the tire pressure went down again. I took it to a tire shop and bought two new tires as it's an all wheel drive and dangerous to just replace one. There was no way I was taking it back to Gillman. That set us back $376. Today I find out that the tires are under warranty and I'm out almost four hundred bucks because of the liars and thieves at Gillman Subaru. So let's sum up. Seven hours of our time wasted. Forty bucks for a rental car for the day. Car not fixed. Tire not fixed. Out almost four hundred bucks for tires that should've just been replaced as they were still under warranty. If you want to get lied to and ripped off, head on down to Gillman Subaru. Oh, and to the "owner" that responds to all of these reviews, save it. Save your "sorry's" and "thanks for the feedback" Actions speak louder than words. Want to make it right? Reimburse us for the tires. Be a stand up Texan and business owner and make it right. Do that and I'll edit this review. Or, even delete it if that's what you wish. Other than that, anything you write is BS. Update as of 11-23-15 My wife just took in her Subaru for the scheduled maintenance covered by her warranty. They were a little thrown off at the shop as her last maintenance was done 3,000 miles before it needed to be done. That's because the liars and thieves at Gillman Subaru told us it needed to be done. I'm assuming that they lied to us so that they could get reimbursed by Subaru for a maintenance job even though the car didn't need it. As a result of being lied to by Gillman, our maintenance schedule for the Subaru is off and now we have to call Subaru Corporate to explain what happened. Almost five months later and Gillman Subaru is still coming back to haunt us. Oh, and I'm still waiting on that call, Sergio. Maybe you forgot. Maybe it slipped your mind. Maybe you screw over so many people that you just don't have time to make that many phone calls every day. That's why it's easier to just be honest and tell the truth. Then you don't have to keep all the lies straight in your head. Oh, what a tangled web you weave, Sergio.

I had visited this subaru the other day to see if I could get my window fixed. First, the first lady i spoke to was so rude. Very disrespectful when she laughed AT me and then talked to me as if I couldn't afford getting my car even checked out for issues. The only useful thing she did was give me the name of a way more helpful car parts shop. I'm never going to this Subaru again.

I have had three great experiences at this dealership. First, Joshua Gutierrez was awesome when helping me test drive the BRZ. He listened, was respectful, and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Subaru in the San Antonio area. My second and third experiences where with the service department. I each instance they promptly handled my needs. I am very grateful to the employees at Subaru of San Antonio for their great customer service!

My husband and I visited this dealership with hopes of purchasing a Forester. Parking is horrible, my husband moved a blue cone from the front and a rude salesperson said "you can't park here". Later during the paperwork we told our salesman we plan on paying cash, he came back with two credit application and said his manager wants us to fill up a credit application. My husband got mad and wanted to speak with the manager. When "Jason" appeared he said he would give us a deal of a lifetime if we financed. After the 3rd time if "no" we noticed the cost of the forester changed 1000 above sticker. My trade was valued at 6,000 in Georgetown Subaru. Gillman said its only worth 4,000 (4 hours later somehow it lost 2,000 in value). With all the negative energy from this location we just left. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Submitted a quote request on a Forester XT. Emailed a illiterate by the name of Gregory C. Mikels. I had some concerns about a pre-owned SUV which this idiot could not address. Asked about pricing received pictures. Asked about warranties got a online description. Very quick on degradation of Dominion Subaru. Greg, you convinced me Dominion Subaru is my best option. Way to go Gillman!

I bought a 2015 Subaru Forester from Gillman. The salesperson Elias Lumpkin was very understanding and led me to the perfect car that suits my needs. I will recommend anyone I know who needs a car to buy from him. Keep up the excellent work! And, thanks again.

Hello Ty, It is great to hear that Elias was able to help you find the right Subaru for your needs. Enjoy your new Forester and thanks for the great review!
