It's too bad this website doesn't work! I've tried 6 orders so far and each one is cancelled within minutes of clicking submit! Their customer no-service is very useful too - they tell you that you must use a valid credit card and address (duh!). I've tried two credit cards that I use every day (must be valid) and the address I live at that the USPS delivers to every day (must be valid too). It's not like everybody has 10 credit cards to try to see if one will finally work. Then they suggested making up an address. Are you suggesting fraud? Do yourself a favor, if you're going to purchase a gift card online, do it somewhere else!

Very cute idea, to be able to attach pictures to gift cards. Had my boys hold signs thanking their teachers and put on Target gift cards. Nice feature to be able to schedule that the card be sent at a later day. So in theory, all of this is unique, custom and pretty awesome. As a new customer I had a gift card sent to me for delivery "right now" just to see how it would all look. And this is where the theory fails. After 4 days, still never received the gift card that was to arrive "right now" so I had no confidence that the gift cards that were schedule to be sent to the teachers on the last day of school would actually be sent. The reason I offered 2 stars was that the customer service rep refunded my money with no issue. Now just hoping that they actually DO refund the money in the 7-10 days they promised.

Awful, awful company! Pitiful! Awful "Customer Service." Calling is useless because the people don't know answers. Writing is useless because only brief comments arrive in email, and they close the "ticket" as soon as they respond. So there is NO OPPORTUNITY FOR DIALOG! They do not allow the customer to respond. Management does not care enough to speak with potential customers. They do not even respond to all orders. Supposed owner of company sends automated email asking about quality of service and claiming that quality is important to them. But the email does not allow reply. One must start over with their contact form. Um, yeah...that is one obvious way to show people that customer service is important.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was double billed for one card purchased and no one had any solid information only that it was their system glitch and they were sending refunds - when? Don't know - any type of confirmation? Nope take our word for it. Did they email customers letting them know of the situation that is their fault? NOPE - If you didn't find it yourself you probably won't get the money back. Still waiting on this "refund" in the meantime, I'm filing a dispute with my CC company seeing as how the double charges put me over my limit.

I personalized a giftcard with a picture of my Dog on it to give to my wife who loves to buy toys for Charley (the dog). My wife..and Charley...loved it!

I received a card from my sister. I waited a while to activate it. I then activated it and went to use it and it had a zero balance. This was due to all sorts of service fees. I then called to talk to someone about it to see if I really was just out of luck. The woman I talked to was one of the most unpleasant people I've talked to. I remain cordial and polite, but it seemed like it was very very taxing for her to do her job. After much poking and prodding she eventually managed to look up my account. She then said she could refund the service charges and I'd be able to use my card. I gave her my email address and she said she'd take care of the rest. I never received an email, and the charge were never refunded. So Basically I got a birthday present of an empty gift card, and my sister is out the money she spent on it. Truly a disappointing experience. Absolutely awful customer service.
