High caliber talent and performances. Very good diversity of plays offered each season. Rochester is lucky to have a theater of this level.

Saw the inprov group. They were very talented. And to my surprise, they could really sing.

One of my favorite experiences ever. This place is small and has a special feel and environment to it. It feels like you are on stage in a good way. Not a bad seat on the house!

LITTLE SHOP of HORRORS: I was appalled by the volume of the sound, right from the pre-play announcements to the music. Starting with the trio (whose voices were probably excellent) who became shriller by the measure seemingly due to excessive treble. In fact, they were so loud and shrill that we could not understand the words most of the time. And then there was the band, who seemingly had to play fortissimo 100% of the time. Very disappointed in your production, which was probably good, if only I did not have to cover my ears half the time. I thought that musical theater was supposed to have some subtlety and variable dynamics, not a constant blast of sound.

I thought BLACK PEARL SINGS was wonderful---well written and beautifully acted. Let's have more like that on both stages.
