These No Bake Fudge Frosted Brownies make for the perfect chocolatey indulgence all topped with silky frosting and a sprinkle of sea salt! They're easier and faster to make than the more traditional brownies, (although you can find those on the blog too) and they're suitable for most dietary needs making them perfect for get togethers and dinner parties.

I might still be eating the last of our garden tomatoes on my salads, but I'm also pretty excited it's butternut season again! After such a hot summer filled with fire smoke, the chilly fall season with crisp fresh air seems like it's filled endless possibilities. We're able to get out adventuring again, and the fridge is absolutely overflowing with fall produce just waiting to be turned into new recipes. This Balsamic Glazed Chicken and Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner is a favorite because it's super easy, and I never get enough of roasted butternut, especially when it's glazed with balsamic!

Whenever I'm asked to bring a side dish along to a dinner, it's always these Browned Butter Maple Sage Roasted Carrots because they're the star of the show. And since my fridge is overflowing with bags and bags of carrots from our Farmer's Market stock up sale last week, these are back on the table for the first time this season. These are also a family favorite for every holiday dinner from Thanksgiving right through into Christmas. So I hope you get a chance to enjoy them as soon as possible because you're going to want to make them again right away!

These Glazed Cinnamon Apple Streusel Muffins are a must have for cozy fall weekend mornings. They even freeze well, so we like to make a batch just for the freezer, and then reheat them for the easiest ever breakfast! They're chock full of apple chunks with just the right amount of cinnamon, and they're most definitely going with us on our next weekend adventure since they keep so well.

Meal prepping is a real lifesaver for us every week! It's by far and away the only thing that keeps us eating healthy when the mid-week busyness is at it's peak. And I know we're not the only ones who rely on meal prep because I get so many requests for more about meal prepping! So today over on the blog I have another roundup of recipes that we use week after week for Simple Meal Prepping, along with links to everything I've ever written about meal prepping. One of my favorite things I started doing a while back is to always prep some fruit for my green smoothies every week. There's simply no way I'm actually going to cut up a pineapple at 5:30am on an average Tuesday to make a smoothie. But... if it's already done, I can make a smoothie in my sleep - which let's face it... at 5:30am - I'm still pretty much asleep!

Pot Stickers used to be one of my favorite things to eat. But I’d kinda given up on them as a thing of the past when we changed the way we ate. A few years went by, and I had the idea to turn my favorite pot sticker filling into a stir fry. I excitedly scribbled some notes down on paper, and then promptly forgot all about it. Years went by until I found those scribbles again, and finally I’ve brought the idea to life in a real recipe. We both loved it, and it’s become and instant house favorite! It would seem that pretty much any food can be used as inspiration to make a healthy dinner, so if there's anything you'd like to see a healthier version for, let me know and I'll get to work on it!

Today's Friday Travel Inspiration comes from the charming city of Victoria on Vancouver Island. We've been to Victoria twice and we loved both visits. There's so much to do, fun places to eat, and the whole city is packed with culture, complete with fun street performers on every corner. It's also the site of the best fish and chips I've ever had in my life, including a gorgeous waterfront view to dine with! (For more photos and details, head over to the blog.)
