Very picturesque! You could see this in Germany as well.

I love howpeople dress their windowsills. This here is a little urban kitchen garden. It doesn't always have to be flowerpots filled geraniums ;) This photo was taken in the small medieval town of "Stein am Rhein" in Eastern Switzerland.

I saw the first signs of Spring in the UK by the Thames. There, many wild snow flowers but also daffodils where showing their blooms to the February sun already.

Sorry for the late reply. Rothenburg is about 240 km north of Munich. You can go by train, car, or join a guided tour. http://shrsl.com/?~5rz5

Gelnhausen in Hessen was founded by Emperor Frederick Barbarossa in 1170. The city still has a lovely old town centre.

For many years, the town was home to the United States Army's Coleman Kaserne base.

Daylight saving time started last night in Germany & Europe.
What is the time in Germany? Is there daylight saving time? Find the general facts on German time. Checking the time is easy. German clocks on public buildings always tell you what time it is.

Good to hear that. Again, I forgot all about it. Tenerife time is like London UK and like Lisbon but an hour's difference to Germany.
