A fast paleo dinner.
Shrimp leg chips, shrimp sauteed with Porto wine, grilled scallops and Galician style octopus.
The worst was the main. I suffered big time watching +Tim Dallatomasina eat a paella while I had spinach.

Koy Shunka
Copons 7, Barcelona

As a Christmas gift I invited my family this year for a dinner at Koy Shunka in Barcelona. The restaurant got a Michelin Star this year and the food was really mind blowing. As we were 9, we could not sit at the counter which is what I would definitely recommend.

The chef is the star of a super cool spot from Estrella Damm: http://youtu.be/x353GSw70_c

The food was a mix between catalan and japanese cuisine. We all agree that the best dish was the oyster. We also loved the sushi with the eal from Delta de l'Ebre.

In general an experience I definitely recommend!!!

This weekend we had an amazing time in Wengen. Next week they celebrate the FIS Lauberhornrennen and it was super cool to see the training and the preparations.
One thing that kept us entertained was the BMW marketing campaign that they have there. www.bmw-mountains.com
Your ski pass keeps track of your day and in selected places you can take group shots and speed tests to check later on their site! Well done #bmw

Hey +Gerard Sanz, how's it going?  Man, its looks like you guys are having a blast.  I've always loved Wengen because of its proximity the Jungfrau and The Eiger.  And the World Cup stuff there is always amazing.

Navigation between photos (in this case photospheres) is something I have been looking forward for a very long time!
I can not wait to go back to the village of my parents (Tivenys) to shoot it completely with my Nexus. I am wondering how long that will take ;)

This restaurant is a reason on its own to get the ski ticket to the italian side if you are skiing in Zermatt. If this is a sunny day make sure you book a sunny spot on the terrace (booking needed or you don't get a table) and enjoy amazing italian food with good wine.

Nothing out of this world. I visited the place on Halloween and the deco was a bit cheap while cocktails were not that bad.

This is really the best place to buy fresh fish in Zurich even if you would not think of it.

I love this place and it is the place. This is one of the reasons why I love skiing in Davos. The restaurant is located in an off-track spot, and the sun shines in the terrace while you enjoy a delicious meal. My favorite dish is the "Älpler makkaroni". It is a swiss speciality with pasta cheese, apple compote and potatoes. Just delicious. This season they surprised us with a new grill service. I did not try that yet as I can not avoid eating the "Älpler makkaroni" but the burgers looked amazing and they even offered grilled lobster. A bit pretentious for my taste to be in the alps eating lobster, but again this was the weekend after the WEF (World Economic Forum) so I am wondering whether this was an exception. If the weather is cold you can be inside, which is renovated and very nicely decorated, but if at all possible... stay in the terrace!

Gave it a second try as the first time the shower was broken and I had a bad experience. I have to say, I was glad I came. The room was super nice and the soaps from l'Occitane are just the cherry of the cake. The food is not bad either, but I would not go to the restaurant if I would not stay in the hotel, not a comfy rest.
