"It's not clear how Google+ will continue to exist if Google removes important features like photo sharing and starts to remove the integration with YouTube and other Google services. "

What are you talking about?  You can easily access your photos in Google Plus.  When you create a post, click on photos and just click "Google Photos".  Same with Youtube, all you need do is click share on G+.   All Google has done is allow the services to be accessible without a G+ profile, that doesn't mean you can't use them with G+.

The point is, the only reason why about 95% of Google+ profiles were set up was because of the forced integration with things.

The mainstream media and the RNC have opened this Pandora's box and think they can now quickly slam it shut.  Donald Trump hasn't said anything more controversial than he has in the past when the media and RNC were egging him on.   This isn't a turning point on Trump, it's a turning point on manipulation by the media.  They've lost control and it's panic time.
Donald Trump’s chances were always slim, and now his criticism of John McCain’s war record will probably end his surge.

As summer winds down the bi-annual hassle of adjusting clocks (because... well, apparently just because) is fast approaching. Since we only really observe standard time for less than 4 months a year, why not just just ditch it and simplify things? This proposal fixes it once and for all...

The headline isn't bad... but when you get into the story it's be afraid, be very afraid... massive flooding, endless rain... oh but btw, this won't fix the drought, etc.  In 1997 they said it would take California 10 years to fill back the reservoirs... it happened in 3 months.  Basically, they don't know.

Great article which exposes a big issue with the Tech Media, which is not only with G+...

Google+ Is Alive and Well Despite Persistent Media Reports

"NEWS ANALYSIS: Repeated news media claims that Google+ is on the verge of extinction appears to be a delusion caused by a social media paradox called the "majority illusion."

A chorus of tech journalists this week is saying that Google is phasing out its social network, Google+.

Where did they get this juicy nugget of information?

Well, they made it up."

"There are two things at play here. The first factor is Google+ itself. The second is the strategy to integrate Google services into Google+. The integration is being phased out. Google+ is not.

The press is confusing these two facts..."

How depressing... the media is either purposely reporting nonsense or they can't do simple math or read from:  http://www.bls.gov/cpi/cpid1506.pdf

The inflation rate so far for 12 months ending June, 2015 is 0.1% - which is nowhere near 1%, let alone 2%.

So once again the public is misinformed.
U.S. consumer prices rose for a fifth straight month in June as the cost of gasoline and a range of other goods increased, further signs of firming inflation that strengthen the case for an interest
