Interesting history before the BQE I imagine, old Navy Yard, etc. I once worked under the Manhattan Bridge and later did some research for Greenhouse Consultants, Inc., on Fulton Street, which starts and ends on the waterfront, where General Washington made his triumphal return to Long Island after the American Revolution, where he once lost the battle.
