Free breathing technique for you: for balance, harmony and vitality!

Whenever we feel in a difficult position in terms our emotions - where we are uncomfortable and experiencing an unwanted situation or feeling, what can we do?

Play some inspiring music? Definitely. Do some exercise? For sure. These activities certainly help. Is there anything more immediate, more integral to who we are, easier, quicker and requiring little information or equipment?

There certainly is, and the answer lies in your breath.

'Breath' is one of the main translations of the Chinese word 'qi', which we normally hear translated as 'energy'. Qi is the subtle animating force within matter. Breath is also the subtle animating force within matter. The influx and exhalation of air facilitates the sustenance of our life force, of our energy levels, of our physical bodies. Breath therefore means life.

The concept of yin and yang in Daoism/Taoism is fundamental to the idea of leading a balanced life. There is a little known YinYang Breathing Technique which can put you into a neutral, healthy state in under 1 minute. And it's FREE!

Yes, your breath can heal your life, and this very simple technique is a fantastic all round tonic. Download now.

Acupuncturist in Dulwich, SE22, South-East London
Introduction
I use acupuncture and other medicines to help myself and patients find ever greater degrees of balance and harmony, vitality and achievement. By removing pain and stagnation, and strengthening weaknesses, fluidity in body, mind and spirit is restored.

I treat patients in private practice, at homes throughout London, and run workshops.

I teach Qigong (similar to Tai Chi and Yoga) and meditation in South London.

I write articles and post research on Chinese medicine, self-improvement techniques and spiritual exploration.

I've explored many areas of medicine and self development, and am qualified in tui na massage, reiki, hypnotherapy and I'm technically also a Feng Shui consultant but rarely consult these days.

I live and practise in East Dulwich, South East London.

I have a boy called Sonny and we grapple every day! Amazing job being a parent.

Brilliant B&B run by Ruth and Steven, who looked after us for a couple of nights and morning. Due to our very early starts, they even served us very early full English breakfast when no-one else would. Best B&B yet!
