What is the printing for?
I think you will have a lot of trouble finding a "best" from your Big Sur images :)

A couple of weeks ago +Cliff Baise  was here in the Monterey area and we took off for a day and night of shooting.  Here is one of the normal places we went . . . McWay Falls, in Big Sur, California

Here cliff was asking me if I thought we would get enough light to see the falls below.... (I think we did... just barely)

A very long Exposure for an aerial camera..... 8 seconds!

http://whirlingtripod.com/an-8-second-exposure-from-a-dji-phantom-3-professional/
I have seen people use filters to get some crazy long exposures on the Inspire 1 platform. I wanted to see if the DJI Phantom 3 Professional was stable enough to do nighttime long exposures in calm winds. I did not want to use a filter. I chose a night with a 90.8% full moon that was setting an ...

Moonset

It only happens 2 times a year when it is dark enough to still see stars, this is a nearly full Moonset in the Keyhole.Rock at Big Sur, California.  It kind of looks like a sky replacement composition, or a fantasy shot come to life.  This was the real scene as the moon set into the marine layer on the horizon.

Today starts a few days of medical procedures for Margo and I.  This morning is laser sculpting  for her facial scar, left after cancer removal. Tomorrow I get to have a production crew  explore  my GI tract from both directions.  Fun times ahead.

After having some time to "digest" my endoscopy and colonoscopy findings, I am now ready to "regurgitate" the results for you ;)

Movember in July
First order of business I had checked was cancer . . . . NO CANCER!
But they did find several issues that are being checked out. I have no interpretation from the doctor yet and this procedural report is all I have. Most of it does not make sense to me yet but in 7-10 days the biopsy reports will add more data and I will get to chat with the doctor about his diagnosis.

Here are my endoscopy and colonoscopy images and findings. Why am I sharing this rather personal medical information? Because it opens the door for others to lay aside their fears and know that they are not alone in having to get procedures like this done. Nobody wants a camera shoved up their ass and down their throat so that they can get some cool instagram selfies. This is something you do because your health demands it. You owe it to your family to take care of the issues you are most scared of. If more people shared their experiences of life's burdens, medical crap, addiction and abuse, the world would be a better place. Sometimes you just have to understand that someone else you know has been through the same or similar procedure, to feel ok about having to do it yourself. Social communities work when people share their real life, it is more riveting than reality TV or a good movie.... why? Because we all feel better when we feel we are not alone.... If this post helps one person feel better about getting a colonoscopy and/or endoscopy, I will be overjoyed that I shared it. Remember guys, every one of us needs to get our bottom half probed by age 50 like this. Movember is just one month we talk about these things, they happen all year round.

In conclusion the procedure is 24 hours of hell where you get to lose a few pounds and clean out your system... kind of a gastric reset. If you look at it more like a challenge than a torture, you will do better. If you also keep a sense of humor about this "crappy" ordeal, then everyone around you will do better and help you more.

(If this helps you, pay it forward and share part of your life publically)

Red Shark News just published my interview and story with +Jeffrey Martin  about +Sphericam  the new Kickstarter 360 VR camera project he has created.
Jeff is one of the original 360 pioneers. His Prague 360 project and Sphericam 1 were all done before there was a way to properly view the content. Now he once again at the forefront of this space. Come find out more about this little camera array, it is different and solves many of the current production hassles currently associated with 360 VR content creation.
