What I love about this place is that everyone is there to work on their music. You'll never have to endure tap dancing in the hallways, hip hop in the room next door or a room full of actors doing crazy speech exercises in the studio above you, as you find in so many other rehearsal facilities in the city. This place is a musician's haven!
