Reality check: Your Facebook News Feed has an invisible hand on what you see as "news." There's reason to worry that filter bubble is putting us in political echo chambers. So my +Wall Street Journal colleague +Jon Keegan made an incredible live experiment: putting conservative Facebook and liberal Facebook side by side http://on.wsj.com/1OztJXJ
With more information than ever at our fingertips, why has it become harder to fathom your neighbor’s point of view? Facebook contributes to an online echo chamber—but could also be part of a solution

I've got quite a library of phones here in the +Wall Street Journal gadget lab. Over the years they've swung from BIG, to small, to BIG, and back to small again. Apple's return to small with the ‪‎iPhone SE‬ is about more than fads—it’s about physiology. My review: http://on.wsj.com/1UHF52A

Who'd have thunk? A +Samsung Mobile phone is now the best money can buy. I've been reviewing the new #Galaxys7  & #GalaxyS7Edge  and was extremely impressed by the slim design, stunning screen and waterproofing. The clincher was the camera, which beat the iPhone 6S Plus in every single low-light shot. Samsung has nailed the smartphone formula, even if it isn't pushing it forward much. http://on.wsj.com/21Zg6c7
Samsung’s new Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge outshine the Apple iPhone 6s and Android rivals, but without a whiz-bang new feature, is it worth $680?

One arm, five fitness trackers. For my +Wall Street Journal tech column this week, I enjoyed testing one from +Mio Global that does what so many others have been missing: turn all that data about your heart rate into actionable advice. Its new "Personal Activity Intelligence" (PAI) is definitely where wearables need to go next. http://on.wsj.com/1RT9Two
PAI, the new fitness metric from wearable maker Mio, gives 24/7 analysis of your heart rate

9 years after the dawn of the iPhone, roughly 1 in 7 Americans still isn't buying into smartphones. My +Wall Street Journal column on why the flip phone endures: on.wsj.com/1pFZVlG
Flip phones and candybar phones have a niche with people seeking simplicity, low prices—and a way to just unplug

+Amazon.com put microphones in millions of homes. Is yours next? My +Wall Street Journal review of the talking Alexa bot inside the new Tap & Dot speakers: http://on.wsj.com/1qK9ql5
Amazon’s voice-controlled bot, built into its new Tap and Echo Dot speakers, shows how gadgets become more useful when you can just talk to them

3D printers now just cost $400, and are made for kids and schools. iPad generation, meet your Easy-Bake Oven. Here's my +Wall Street Journal review of the +New Matter MOD-t, +XYZprinting da Vinci Jr. and +Printrbot Play: http://on.wsj.com/1Xvqe9m
For $400, the New Matter MOD-t, Printrbot Play and XYZPrinting da Vinci Jr. 1.0W make 3-D printing much more accessible to families and schools. But using them is still a project.

American homes have more TVs than children, an average of 3 per household. If you've been thinking about buying a new TV, this happens to be a really good time to get a deal. Here's what I'd tell you if I was your personal shopper: http://on.wsj.com/1ROm919
If you’re looking to purchase a TV, ask yourself, how big should it be? Do I need 4K? Should I wait until next year? Geoffrey A. Fowler offers shopping tips.
