If we design a page that answers these questions clearly with an engaging copy within pretty and engaging elements we are more than halfway to immediately meeting the needs of the prospect. We have clear ideas about the elements that we will use to answer those questions and we plan to begin changing our sites with this new concept in mind.
I think it is worth your while to assess your own websites with this concept in mind. We were actually meeting much of this framework with our sites without really thinking about it. However, we were missing a trick or two.

I spoke last time about the screening of prospects in order that they don’t meet you unless they have to. I firmly believe that this approach is what is best for you and for the modern customer. The idea of offering a screening service in order that their time is not wasted, in order that they can get quick answers, works well for the modern consumer. It also ensures that your time is not wasted either, that has to be viewed as a good thing. So how will we achieve this state of near nirvana? Through readily available technology, so let’s talk tech.
What if QuickSin results on one ear show that while the loss is aidable, you need +30dB for any chance at speech perception in noise while the other ear is at +6dB? What if QuickSin results on one ear show that you may never be able to deliver speech perception in one ear, while the other aidable ear will manage with a decent hearing aid? Is there an argument against fitting an aid to the worst ear, or is there an argument for fitting a Bi-CROS system? Here is the kicker, if we fit the Patient with this type of presentation with a Bi-CROS and they get on exceptionally well, does that trump the established and scientifically validated fitting protocol? I have discussed this with a couple of people, now I would like to hear from you, let me know what you think?
