Ladies and Gents don't fall prey to workout and nutrition gimmicks that promise you results with little effort and little eating. The bottom line is they are selling you what you want to hear. Do less, eat less and you'll lose more fat and build more muscle. It's a load of bullocks. We all have different genetics and metabolisms and some need to work harder and wait longer than others to achieve the results they desire. Hard work, smart training, a personal trainer who is in tune with your body, determination, consistency, rest, good balanced nutrition and patience is the answer to a lean, muscular, strong, sexy and functional body. You can't expect to see a transformation in 2 weeks or even 6 weeks. Give me 12-16 weeks of living the life of consistent training, eating, sleeping, no drinking, no going away for 12 days on holidays, no skipping meals and workouts because work is more important or you're tired etc etc and I'll show you the best body you've ever seen staring at you right in front of the mirror and it will be you with a huge proud and confident smile on your face.
