I have been returning to this particular wall on a side street of Aurora Boulevard, San Juan, since 2013. I have multiple pictures of it from 2013 to 2017. But I lost my 2016 picture due to a hard drive crash, so you won't see it in this video.

I noticed a week ago that this wall seems to have new graffiti, so I went back yesterday to shoot it. I decided to make a Behind the Scenes video of me shooting it, just like I did back in 2015 when I shot this wall, and like I did in April of this year when I shot a street side Virgin Mary grotto for my street side grotto series. Since people often ask me where I find this stuff, how I shoot this stuff, etc.

The shooting part actually took less than 3 minutes. But what took long was setting up all that stuff to take the video. And the ground had dog poop so I had to walk slowly.

This video is not just a BTS video though. There is an Easter egg. I also printed the photos I shot in 2013 and 2015, attached a note and a QR Code of my website to the back, and taped it to that wall. Maybe the graffiti's creator will see it and get in touch.

It was also very windy yesterday (December 17), the day I decided to shoot. Unusually windy for Metro Manila. I was chilly even in my long sleeved shirt and did not sweat at all despite all the walking I did carrying my stuff.

Unfortunately, the audio in this video is terrible, due to the wind. The spot itself is already not ideal for recording audio, due to its proximity to Aurora Boulevard, a large thorougfare full of cars 24/7, but I didn't plan on making long speeches there. Just a short intro. But even that took so many retakes because of the crazy wind.

The video about this wall ends at 03:41. Everything from 03:42 to the end are bonus stuff. You can see this other graffiti I shot, see the location of the wall, see more behind the scenes footage, read about my stupidity in forgetting to bring tape for my note, hear some clips of really unusable audio footage, and see some views of San Juan through a jeepney.
