I'm giving this company a 1 star because I can't post without giving them 1. I took my samsung galaxy s3 in the other day. It had water damage (was working great before I put isopropyl into it for extra cleaning). The screen wasn't coming on but the soft keys and charming indicator were lighting up. Before I went into the store I took my photos off of my phone by plugging it into my laptop. So I leave my phone there and the next day I go to pick it up. They tell me that my phone is deemed worthless and unusable. So I take the walk of shame and return home with my paperweight. Well, I decide to tear into my phone myself because what do I have to lose? I took my s6 apart and messed around with the lcd and midframe. Low and behold, my screen comes on and look perfect. My sound works. The charging works. Everything works except the digitizer. My touch wasn't responding. SO all I need is to replace my phone with a new digitizer. This company told me my phone was useless. Oh! And they took my sticky adhesive from the back panel and didn't replace it. So now I'm left with a phone that the back panel doesn't even stay in place. You're better off working on your electronic device yourself!

They fixed my phone correctly but put a sticker on the back that was extremely hard to remove. It took me forever to get the sticker off and left a sticky residue all over the back.

Terrible. Called to ask if they could fix screen on iPad Air. Gentleman checked and said yes and they have the screen in. Drove to store only to find out they didn't have the screen in and then told they wouldn't fix it.

While their solutions work for a time, eventually their "fixes" stop working and I have to take my device back in again to get repairs, get charged again, and have it work for a little while before the cycle begins again. They installed a hard drive that broke down, so they charged me for another hard drive for them to install, claiming it would work just fine as long as I stayed under a certain limit. I followed their instructions, and their hard drive broke down AGAIN. Frustrations aside, they at least work somewhat quickly.

While this is the first time I am writing a review of Geek Tech on Google, it's certainly not the first time they have seriously saved my life in a crisis. Time after time I am amazed at their incredibly astute ability to diagnose issues in a timely manner, their extremely accommodating staff, the great prices, and the quick turnaround with technical issues that would have taken other computer repair shops much longer to fix... if they even could. Eli Burgos and his team at Geek Tech are an absolute MUST if you operate a small business, or even if you just have a smartphone that's acting up. As long as I live in Tulare County, I will never take any of my electronics or computers anywhere else!

k so I broke an aux cord in my phone then I took it to geek teck so the next day they say they got it out so they gave me a pair of head phones so I tried one on the left so I hear music so I say Ya it works so I go home then I put my new headphones. in I only the left side was working so I told my sister to us the in her phone so the both fine so I look at my phone and the aux port is mest up I tried all speakers and head phone that I have I am very mad at them I have to buy a new aux port or something! but the store that I am talking about is between Starbucks and pizza guys from porterville California!

As a Real Estate Professional, it is extremely important all my tools be operating at peak efficiency. Time is literally money! When my computer and/or cell phone are not, without hesitation I turn to Geek Tech Team. Eli and his crew are absolutely the best! I first dealt with Eli about 3 years ago. From the very beginning, he and his people were professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. What they said they would do they did which is very important to me since I rely very heavily on people keeping their word. And it gets better. His quotes, his prices, I found to be reasonable. Just like any business, including my association at Five Star Realty, it's critical to the profitability of my business to keep costs as low as possible. I know I can count on Eli not over charging me. Because of that, I don't have to shop around because I'm convinced Eli's prices are as good as can be. Kudos to Eli and the crew at Geek Tech Team!
